Inmatriculata inainte de 2007 (proprietar din 2006) dar daca ne grabim un pic cred ca n-o platim, abia s-a promulgat legea. Pana apare in monitor.... mai sunt cateva zile.

Diferenta.... depinde de masina... Detalii, te rog.
