Mie cu 100 ron ca sunt student amarat. E aproape de metrou ideal. Ai mila de un om in suferinta rolleyes.gif Promit sa am foarte mare grija....ca e lucru altuia si nu e frumos sa fiu neglijent. ( post cat se poate de serios.....apelez la bunatatea coforumistilor)

Vlaicu Voda 4 camere etaj 1 aer conditionat in fiecare camera, mobilat si utilat 400 euro. Totul e sa cauti si gasesti si preturi bune. Garsoniera nerva traian 42 mp mobilat 200 euro. Mai vreti si alte preturi? Daca nu te grabesti sa inchiriezi poti sa ceri o suma cat mai mare si daca nu merge ai de unde sa scazi. Eu nu as da mai mult de 300 euro pe un apartament cu 2 camere indiferent de zona.

Cu 500-600 euro dai rata la casa noua. Auzi 20 mil chirie...aberant. Plateste tata in Spania chirie la ap cu 3 camera 250 euro.....aproximativ aceleasi utilitati.(adica fara pc si internet...ca alea au fost contributia lui). wink.gif

In garsoniera stau eu momentan. Apartamentul de pe Vlaicu voda e inchiriat de un prieten al meu care are o firma de arhitectura. Totul e sa cauti si evident sa ai un pic de noroc. Mai sunt si persoane care nu vor sa se imbogateasca peste noapte si cauta chiriasi de calitate nu doar un venit substantial.

Nu e niciun artificiu, honey, oricum apartamentul e ptr mine si prietena mea 10561582.gif Nu se inchiriaza. Doar vroiam sa aflam anumite chestii. Si cred ca am precizat ca e cu 2.... wink.gif

Cam ciudat topicul. Se vede ca n-ai inchiriat ceva in viata ta. Ce crezi ca ar fi insemnat pt chirias tv LCD? Frectie si motiv de bani in plus. In ultima zi de chirie fi convins ca iti arunca LCD-ul de la balcon radmasa.gif .

Daca tie nu-ti place confortul si nu obisnuiesti sa te rasfeti, nu inseamna ca toti oamenii suntem la fel. Si tu la 20 de ani te ocupai de inchirieri apartamente?

P.S.: Se scrie "fii".
De exemplu:


Fii convins ca daca nu am invatat sa scriu corect in scoala generala, nu o sa mai invat niciodata.
Ar fi prea frumos.
