Buna seara,
tocmai am observat ca teava de esapament atarna, e desprinsa de la mijlocul masinii, unde e "colierul" acela de cauciuc... se pare ca s-a "mancat "tabla colierului...
Oare cat ma costa "distractia"?

Si mie mi s-a rupt piesa aia, cand masina avea 3.5 ani.
A sudat-o un tinichigiu, nu mai stiu exact cat mi-a luat, oricum nu mult, maxim 50 RON. Spunea ca nu crede ca toba va tine mai mult de 1-2 ani, si deja au trecut 4.

Se rezolva si fara sudura. Foarte multe masini au problema asta, ceva clasic la Dacia. Se foloseste un colier sau bara filetata indoita un forma de U.

am fost in service. intermediara era praf. au schimba-o cu una noua. toata distractia m-a costat 650 lei ( intermediara, coliere, pasta de lipit, manopera). Cei de la servici au zis ca daca puneau coliere era doar o chestiune de timp pana efectiv pierdeam teava pe drum...

Am gasit Bosal ( facuta in Belgia).....pretul la Unix este de 207 pt intermediara.....nu stiu ce sa spun despre evacuare in afara de faptul ca la mine este ( inca ) intacta, desi masina are 8 ani si multi ( multi ) km in variate regimuri de mers....
Despre sudura? nu imi place la esapament, este strict o parere personala, poate functiona daca este facuta foarte bine, insa better safe than sorry....

Ca sa schimb tobele am facut niste calcule: 170 x 2 (tobe bosal) + 40 x 2 (colierele) + manopera.

Momentan merge f. bine legata cu sarma.

Idem si la mine. Mecanicul mi-a zis c-o sa tina maxim 5k km, am facut vreo 20k, nu da semne c-ar vrea sa se rupa iarasi.

In ritmul asta inainte de 100k nu preconizez sa schimb coloana de evacuare.

Mult si bine, pana se va gauri prin alte parti de la rugina si va trebui alt traseu nou. A mea merge asa de aproximativ 1 an, fara probleme.

Salut, ce tip de colier este acela, merge de supernova sau mai bine spus ce dimensiuni ai luat?

Poti foarte bine s-o legi cu o sarma mai groasa. Nu-ti trebuie colier, nu ai nevoie de sudura.
Doar sa ai grija cand o legi sa fie motorul rece, sa nu te frigi de teava de esapament.

Multumesc pentru sfaturi , luni o sa ma duc pe la un prieten de are canal si ne putem baga sub masina. Daca nu uit o incerc sa fac o poza cu solutia adoptata.
Solutia cea mai buna era ca cei de la DACIA sa puna un colier demontabil, pentru a oferi posibilitatea inlocuiri in caz de defect. Sudura din fabrica nu a fost aplicata in cordon continuu pe toata lungimea, ci in puncte.

Am rezolvat cu un colier de la magazinul de piese auto, cost colier 6 lei, manopera 0 lei, scule: cheie fixa 17mm. Atasez poze.

metoda "colierul" este cea mai potrivita in zona respectiva ; am de 4 ani asa ceva si nu am nici o problema
acum am observat ca se desprinde de la cealalta prindere ( acolo are alt sistem de prindere ; teava este sudata de 2 tije .... ) si nu mai functioneaza metoda colierul ... sad.gif

nu am poze momentan...
