Salut

Am un Samsung C6625, care dupa un reset nu mai porneste. Ramane la ecranul de formatare.

Este in garantie, e cumparat de pe net de la o persoana. Contractul nu e pe numele meu. Tel este aprope nou, cumparat in dec.2010, folosit de mine din ian si pana acum.

Intrebarea este, care e cel mai bun-amabil service pt tel Samsung?
Intreb, pt ca am inteles, din mai multe surse, ca HAT romania da numai dureri de cap clientilor.

Mom pe piata am gasit in Bucuresti:

Ca sfat ... să NU te duci la HAT! Sunt niște incompetenți!
Am dus telefonul că s-a rupt o mufă ... când l-am luat, nu mai avea semnal.
L-am dus iar, au zis că l-au reparat .... nu am ieșit din service cu el că nu mergea ... nu i-au băgat o mufă .... după ceva vreme am fost iar (evident, probleme cu semnalul) ... cică au schimbat placa de bază! Canci, făcea la fel. Plus că au rupt o urechiușă de la capacul telefonului ... Atunci mi-am băgat pixul și am schimbat telefonul smile.gif

În garanție, adică moka, repară doar HAT, că ăla-i service-ul oficial.

Ferește-te de Regenersis pentru ca sunt superficiali si proști.

Recomand ESD (electronic suport division), mie mi-au oferit si asistență gratuită prin telefon când am avut nevoie. In plus, repară si pe garanție.
