consumam mai ales cat eram in liceu cola...in fiecare zi luam 1-2 sticle de cola la 2 l si le faceam posta la o tigare sau ceva...pana mi-au iesit proaste analizele la ficat..acum am trecut pe lipton si nestea

Mai bie treci pe apa plata, si 'ceaiurile' astea au tot felul de balarii in ele.
Coca Cola e sucul meu preferat, insa incerc sa beau mai putin si mai rar (1L la ~2 saptamani).
P.S. Pe lamga alte 'bunatati' parca are peste 10% zahar, ceea ce e enorm.
P.S.2 Daca bei des provoaca un fel de dependenta

2-3 cuburi de gheata
2 felii lamaie.

Mod depreparae pentru satisfactie maxima:

Se stoarce prima felie de lamaie, si se arunca cealalta in pahar.
Se adauga romul si cola, si se lasa in pace vreo 5 minute.
Se adauga cuburile de gheata si se savureaza impreuna cu una sau mai multe papiroase.
