Deocamdata e doar serie limitata, construita de carosierul Romturingia la Campulung Muscel, pe baza dusterului 4x4. 500 de unitati vor fi livrate omv-ului pana la sfarsitul lui 2015. Nu exista planuri inca pentru un model de serie din ce vad eu. Oricum e ironic ca carosierul are sediu la campulung muscel, locul unde aro s-a construit atata vreme

If you like it, don’t rush to your Dacia dealership just yet, as only 500 units will be built exclusively for OMV Petrom, the largest oil and gas company in Romania. The first 10 units have been handed over to the customer today at the main Dacia plant in Mioveni, with the rest of the fleet to be delivered before the end of 2015.

Built specifically for OMV Petrom’s needs at Romturingia’s workshop in Campulung Muscel, Romania, the Dacia Duster Pick-Up is based on the current 4x4 production SUV and is powered by the 1.5 dCi diesel engine good for 110PS (109hp).

The model features a regular cab with two seats and a medium-sized rear window protected by a metal grille. The cabin also features added exterior reinforcements. The bed is 1700mm (66.9in) long and can carry loads of up to 450 kg (992 lbs). The project began at the end of 2012, with a series of prototypes being built before the model was homologated by the Renault Group and the RAR (Romanian Auto Registry).

Unfortunately for those who would like a Duster Pick-Up, Dacia and Renault managing director for Romania, Nicolas Maure, said there are no plans for a customer version. However, I’m guessing nothing can stop those who really want such a model from placing an order directly to Romturingia, after the coachbuilder finishes production of the 500 units for OMV Petrom. Conversion costs are estimated at around €3,000.

Are rollcage dar nu pentru ca ar face mult offroad. Admisia de aer ar fi trebuit ridicata daca asta era cazul. Deci Duster Sport! biggrin.gif

Rollcage-ul ala este pt protectie la turtire/strivire. Mai pica o prajina de foraj, mai aluneca intr-un sleau etc. Pana acum OMV-ul foloseste Navara. Faptul ca a trecul la produsul national cred ca-i de bine - mai ramane banul in tara.

Roata aia de rezerva incurca prn pozitionare, iar la o sarcina utila de 450 kg, masina e cam inutila ca pick-up.

Se pare ca o sa apara si un Duster Pick-up de serie din 2015 care o sa fie prezentat la sfarsitul lunii Octombrie 2014 la Sao Paolo auto show in Brazilia .
Sper sa fie mai frumos decat cel modificat in Romania .

Romanian journalists from Auto-TestDrive online publication published in March some photos of the new Duster pick-up concept, that is currently in the testing phase.

The concept of the future pick-up model will be based on the already famous Dacia Duster, one of the most successful for Renault. Launched four years ago, the Duster SUV has reached one million units produced and sold worldwide, in April this year. The Duster model is assembled in five Renault factories: Curitiba (Brazil), Pitesti (Romania), Medellin (Colombia), Moscow (Russia) and Chennai (India).

In the last four years, Duster has sold most Russia (151,600 units), France (145,600 units) and Brazil (117,300 units).

Da, ar fi fost mișto ori double-cab, ori cu bena mai lungă.
Dar pentru început merge și ăsta. Ca să testeze piața, e mai simplu și mai ieftin să decupeze un model existent decît să proiecteze unul nou. Iar dacă ăsta o să aibă succes, atunci cine știe, poate va veni și unul mai lung cîndva...

Nu testeaza nici o piata, alea sunt cumparate deja, comandate in prealabil. Ca sa faca o linie de productie separata si sa fie pe profit, Dacia ar trebui sa aibe clienti la mult mai multe decat cererea, si n'o sa aiba, e o masina inutila pentru o clientela foarte restransa.

ceea ce nu stiti inca, este ca OMV Petrom a solicitat si Duster pickup doublecab...zvonuri sunt ca va aparea cam peste un an.
Si da, vor sa inlocuiasca Navarele.
De transportat se transporta: generatoare electrice, pompe electrice, cutii de scule, recipiente cu apa/ulei .(si nu numai)
Deci deocamdata e potrivit.
Rollcage-ul e obligatoriu la utilitare in OMV Petrom, si este ptr. prevenirea fatalitatilor. Impreuna cu alte sisteme obligatorii (ivms)
se doreste ajungerea la fatalitati zero din accidente rutiere.

pe de alta parte , un exemplar al pick-up-ului cu 2 locuri a fost expus cateva zile la Petrom City in Bucuresti.
Si in curand voi fi unul dintre cei care vor conduce un astfel de model.
Bafta!

Dupa parerea mea bena de la Duster pickup trebuie lungita pana ajunge cat era papucul Dacia 1310: 2010 x 1386
La ora actula Logan pickup are 1.807 lungime, Latime maxima bena 1.374 Latime bena intre pasajul rotilor 1.024.
Altfel e cam putintel. Sa zicem ca ii pui o cutie din fibra pe deasupra, in care bagi si roata de rezerva sau o faci sa intre dedesubt.

Daaa, inainte avea bestia de 1,6 si 105CP.
Stai linistit ca au existat destule pick-up-uri si utlitare cu motoare incepand de la 60CP: Kangoo, Partner, Caddy, Dacia 130x, Fosrd Curier, vezi si Chevrolet S10 americaneasca cu motor de 2,8 si 105-125CP, Ford Ranger, .
Eu nu prea inteleg pickupurile cu motoare de 500CP: prea multi pentru o utilitara.
Utilitara are nevoie de cuplu mare, la turatii joase care acum se pot obtine si din motoare mici supraalimentate.

in 2007 au cumparat in jur de 50 navara si 50 hilux. Pana in 2011 cam toate navarele au cedat. In ce hal se merg cu ele pe camp, si ce transporta...cred ca dusterul cedeaza intr-un an.
Cele mai rezistente au fost si raman, Toyota Hillux. In 2007 a costat 17500 euro doar cu aer conditionat, motor de 2.5 si 170 cp. Prinde suta in jur de 1 min..dar nu asta conteaza, conteaza ca trage de rupe pe munte si greutate. Hilux-ul lui tata are 460 mii km...si in masina nu s a bagat mai mult de 4000 euro in 8 ani.
Face toata tara pe coclauri la sonde. Bena este lucioasa de la carat diverse, nisip, ciment direct din cifa. Nu exita rugina nici macar la balamale si pe sub ea.
Daca le cumpara si merg cu ele doar pe sosea...cred ca sunt ok. Masinile nu sunt intretinute deloc ! Multi soferi le calaresc si se ......pe masini.

modelul cel mai chel de la toyota, nu este 30000 euro ! mai bine cumperi ceva mai scump, decat sa stai prin service mereu. Nu stiu cine se ocupa de flota...dar acum 3 ani...pe la ploiesti si pitesti erau pline garajele de navare si hilux cu dauna totala, motoare arse, etc..

later edit: mda, m am uitat pe site la toyota si vad ca cel mai ieftin model este de la 30000 euro ! s a scumpit in draci in 8 ani si este aceasi masina. Probabil daca se cumpara mai multe, pretul mai scade.

Nu are actiunea OMV nici o treaba cu fiabilitatea, ci cu publicitatea si marketingul, treaba murdara n'o s-o faca cu nici un Duster.
