BMW Sauber F1 Team va completa lista pilotilor cu cel de-al treilea pentru week-end-ul din Turcia. Pe linga Heidfield si Kubica, Sebastian Vettel va pilota a treia masina BMW Sauber F1.06.
La free practice-ul de azi, Vettel a devenit cel mai tanar pilot F1 vreodata (19 ani si 35 de zile). "Cadou" pentru aceasta performanta, acesta a fost nevoit sa plateasca o amenda de 1000 dolari deoarece a mers cu 64.3 km/h in dreptul pit-urilor, depasind cu 4.3km/h limita admisa...(Si noi ne plangem de amenzile noastre!...he he he he he !)

Din ce spuneau baietii pe formula1.com, dispozitivul respectiv reduce vibratiile din "nasul" masinii (in esenta punte fata). Aceste vibratii apar cu preponderenta la trecerea peste vibratoare si datorita presiunii la care este supus eleronul fata.
Cu cat aceste vibratii sunt mai reduse in intensitata/amplitudine, cu atat se controleaza mai bine masina, se poate intra cu viteze mai mari pe viraje, etc...

Daca ati sesizat, Alonso avea cam la fiecare cursa viteza cea mai mare in apexul virajelor importante (3/4 la MOntreal, etc...).

Nici nu s-a racit prea bine discutia despre "mass dampers", ca iata , a aparut o noua controversa: ce-i cu "acoperitoarele" alea la rotile din spate la monoposturile Ferrari?
Dupa cum au declarat cei de la Ferrari, scopul "oficial" al acestor dispozitive este de a ventila franele - unii insa considera ca este un dispozitiv aerodinamic mobilizabil.
Ross Brawn este convins ca acestea sunt legale. Insa, privind evolutia lucrurilor de pana acum, FIA , care pana acum nu a spus nimic, s-ar putea sa ia atitudine, la fel cum s-a intamplat cu "flexi-wings" si cu "mass dampers".
Intre timp, Briatore nu contesta neaparat decizia curtii de apel in ceea ce priveste amorizoarele de masa ce au fost declarate ilegale, ci recunoaste ca i se pare o "decizie stupida". Dupa ce au mers mai bine de jumatate sezon anul acesta cu ele, acum sunt obligati sa le indeparteze. Bine , sunt ilegale; si acum? Ce face FIA, ii sanctioneaza retroactiv?

Schumacher la Ferrari Racing Days

Michael Schumacher si-a facut azi aparitia in ultima zi a Ferrari Racing Days la Nurburgring.
Pilotul Scuderiei Ferrari Marlboro a incantat publicul in numar de 35 000 spectatori cu o serie de ture demonstrative la bordul unui Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano si un F2005, cu care a realizat niste starturi si ture rapide.
Alaturi de pilotii de incercare, Schumacher a debutat si cu FXX - masina personala, construita in programul de cercetare si dezvoltare cu acelasi nume. "Este o onoare pentru mine sa iau parte la acest program", a declarat pilotul cu 7 titluri mondiale,"mai ales ca permite un schimb de informatii tehnice foarte interesant".
In legatura cu evenimentul in sine, Schumacher a declarat: "atmosfera de la Ferrari Racing Days este incredibila avand atatia fani adunati. Sunt foarte fericit ca ma aflu aici."

In cazul acesta, 100% Kimi e la Ferrari smile.gif ... Sa vedem daca va fi ca primul pilot sau ca al 2-lea .... Ar fi super interesant ca al 2-lea... MS - KR .... belea... wub.gif
Pentru Renault...vremuri grele...anul asta se mai poate insa la anul...cam naspa/aiurea/cam nasol... Fisico e pilot bun, insa nu are stofa de campion pe care o are FA / KR / MS... Iar Heikki cel putin la anul trebuie sa se obisnuiasca nu numai cu masina..ci si cu traficul...

Iar lui Alonso (ptr. anul viitor) nu pot decat sa-i doresc acelasi lucru pe care i la dorit si intamplat lui KR anul trecut!... Mai demult era o vorba..."mika motoras in fum"..sper sa reinvie sub forma "alonso motoras in fum"... biggrin.gif

Si asta e posibil...la asta nu m-am gandit... insa parca echipa are ceva...si hakkinen si coulthard, si kimi acum... parca prea e cusuta cu ata alba... Nu-i nimic...vine si randul lui Alonso...

Despre Montoya nu am zis nimic ptr. ca acolo era combinatia fatala...si echipa...da' pilotuuuuu' ...durere...

Si normal ca ma bucur asa cum "vecinul" se bucura fata de necazurile scuderiei...Acum e randul nostru cool.gif.

Pai ce, FA are stofa de campion?
DACA va ajunge la Ferrari, e destul de probabil ca KR sa fie coechipier cu FM si sa fie tratati pe picior de egalitate pana dupa Montreal sau Silverstone.

Heikki e cam obisnuit cu masina, iar traficul este comparabil cu cel din GP2.
