Dear Sirs
I have following problem with DACIA Duster 4x4 1.6 16V (K4M A6):
When the outside temperatures are above 15degC, or when the car was standing for cca. 3-4 hours: the car starts, idle rev are cca. 1200rpm; but when I try to start driving the car just doesn`t respond to the gas-pedal, but rev starts to "jump up-down" around 2000-2200rpm for cca. 10 seconds until the motor reaches 3000rpm. When this episode is finished then car is responding normally.
In colder state, there are no problems at all.
No failure has been find by service in Slovenija.
Otherwise, the car is really nice driving and well-behaving in snow, so I like it.
Could you please advise me on this topic.
Regards
Dear Bob from Slovenia
As I know, from several forums, for your problems here are my recommendation:
- Once again the service must test the sensors and/or valves in connection with low temperature start and function
- for the ' jump up-down ' in board it was a recall and service note in every Dacia services
- for entire episode there is a note send to service network, at which end, is a mapping with new version of function soft and testing after for the new parameters
In hope that this is serving you
Best regards
