Hello everyone, I have a problem like this:
My old chef knife is wearing and I would love to be replaced. I like to keep a simple kitchen and I am looking for another knife that I can use for any purpose. What are your thoughts on what is the best knife to do the job?
Should I use chef's knife or Santoku's style? Which brand did you try that seems long lasting and reliable for a reasonable price?
