as dori sa-mi schimb nick-ul din "kandrei" in "kAndrrei". cum procedez?

Am trimis si eu 2 tichete acum vreo 1 luna unul prioritate mare si celalalt mica . Vad ca nici pana acum nu am primit nici un raspuns , nici schimbare de nick , nimic .
