well, in user manual it is written that if driver do not fasten his seat belt, on speed hihger than 20km/h, board instruments should swich on appropriate indicator. That indicator exist, but it never switch on when seat belt is not fastened.
Is it only option for some special markets or.........

something like that; God knows what markets....
I checked the Romanian side for you and it seems that the car manual clearly indicates that seat belt indicator is activated only for the markets whwre it is legally necessary.
So... not legally required than you do not have it.

The same applies to the heated seats which are "activated" for the Russian market only !

Along with the air ducts for the back passengers feet (underneath the front seats).
