So as I said is there anywhere on the internet from where I can download manuel for Dacia Logan MPI 1.6 laurette pack, on english:)

Did you send an e-mail to Dacia about your problem? If not, try to send them an e-mail at VOCEA Clientului, telling (writing) that you need an english manual for your car. I'm sure that they have such a manual for the cars they send to export.
