2.8 L6, are emblema 250C pt ca e adusa din state unde ca sa respecte normele de poluare (si sa mearga cu benzina mai naspa) e nitel decomprimata si are 130 de cai fata de 160 cat avea 2.8-ul de europa. Multumesc de informatii;
Imi place combinatia dintre farurile specifice w115 si proiectoarele galbene
Imi aduc aminte cand am mers cu un W123 280E - stiu ca nu e acelasi motor dar era senzatie majora
pt mine W114 si W115 sunt "bot de cal", nu am apucat sa merg cu asa ceva.

Ar trebui sa pui si niste poze before, sa nu creada lumea ca l-ai gasit asa la un mos in garaj.
Conductele alea de cupru le lasi asa? Nu se coclesc?

280E are motorul cu 2 axe, e alta poveste, 185 de cai wub.gif , ma batea gandul sa fac un transplant, dar am preferat sa las motorul original si sa-l refac.
Proiectoarele separate erau pe modelele de state care aveau alte faruri (care se schimbau cu totul nu doar becul). Eu am pus faruri de europa, mult mai frumoase care au si proiector integrat (in partea de jos).

Nu vad o problema in a lasa conductele de frana/combustibil asa, cel mult o sa isi schimbe nitel culoarea

P.S. diferenta intre w114 si w115 e data de motorizare, cele cu motoare in 6 sunt w114, cele in 4 sunt w115

N-are nici pe dracu' cocleala (doar estetic eventual), efectul nu e acelasi ca rugina pe fier. Dupa ce se inverzeste, stratul ala poti spune ca-i chiar protector.
Ov, ma mir ca in general, din ce se vede in pozele cu starea initiala, caroseria parea mai afectata decat partea de dedesubt.
Misto ca ai gasit piese si ai posibilitate pt. elevator. La cat a ajuns investitia totala?

Sunt perfect constient ca nu se inteapa conductele. Eu mi-am pus problema asta in contextul restaurarii deosebite a masinii. Adica, e de nivel concurs, unde detalii de genul conteaza.

Masina e adusa din California, la aia e mult soare/praf si pe unde se strange praful cand mai da o ploicica (rar) ramane umezeala. Pe dedesubt e ok ca n-au iarna cu sare pe drumuri. A ruginit unde s-a strans mizeria, adica in praguri (perforate din interior spre exterior - pe afara pareau sanatoase, dar cand am taiat capul de prag si m-am uitat cu lanterna am vazut puncte de rugina care corespundeau cu exteriorul si atunci am luat decizia ca decat sa le carpesc sau sa le las asa mai bine le schimb), dublurile de la aripile spate, zona dintre aripa fata si prag. Din fericire se gasesc elemente de reparatie pt tabla si in general cam orice alta piesa de mecanica. La masina e totul nou, am schimbat tot ce inseamna suspensie, articulatii, rulmenti, frane (am gasit chiar etrieri noi fata/spate), semeringuri de toate felurile (diferential, cutie, motor, roti), am facut motorul (alezat/set/cuzineti/chiuloasa), am desfacut cutia sa vad ce-i inauntru si am schimbat semeringuri/garnituri, caseta de directie, etc. In general n-a ramas nimic neumblat.
Din pacate elevator n-am, am doar un crocodil destul de sanatos care ridica mult si cateva seturi de capre pe care am putut sa suspend masina cam 60-70cm si cand am lucrat la tabla pe dedesubt am rasturnat-o pe-o parte "old school", in rest m-am tarat ca un sarpe pe sub masina. Pozele le-am facut cand am fost sa reglez geometria smile.gif
Nu mi-am notat cat m-a costat cu totul, dar estimativ am sarit usor 15k fara manopera (cu tot cu masina). Nu stiu cat mi-ar fi luat un atelier sa faca tot ce-am facut eu si nici nu ma intereseaza, ca sunt convins ca nu faceau nici 50% din ce-am facut eu cu mana mea smile.gif

Esti meserias.
15k e un pret decent (banuiesc ca piesele - multe - nu-s ieftine, bine macar ca se gasesc si probabil sunt de calitate), nu intentionez sa evaluez valoarea manoperei tale si nici macar nu indraznesc sa te intreb daca te mai suporta doamna cu miros de fiare si garaj. biggrin.gif
Daca vii vreodata cu Manzu pe aici, sper sa ma plimbi nitel sa vad / aud cum "necheaza". rolleyes.gif

Patina de pe cupru se curata f bine cu sos de rosii.... Nu ma intreba de unde stiu. Dar in cazul de fata se face la loc.
