Apartamentul este curat, instalatiile sanitare au fost schimbate acum 2-3 ani. Are toate dotarile, vedere la bulevard cool.gif

Daca intreabrile ala foarte importante isi gasesc raspunsul numai in secret, ma face sa ma gandesc ca e ceva suspect la mijloc. Pune si tu detaliile la vedere...

Detaliile sunt pe PM pentru ca apartamentul il tin ca anunt pentru o matusa si nu stiu exact cati metrii patrati are, din ce an e blocul, etc. Pe PM se primeste un numar de telefon fix, se discuta si se negociaza. Nu l-am pus pe Public pentru ca sunt multe persoane ce vad acest topic si nu vreau sa ma trezesc cu telefoane la 02:00 am.

Asta e motivul si nimic mai mult.
