I'm not a Logan owner and I'm neither located in Timisoara, but this link http://www.dacia.ro/reteaua-dacia/harta-dealeri.html shows you the Dacia dealers in Romania.

On the other hand, a roof box attaches on the transverse bars and those bars are made according to a standard. You should check in Belgrade for roof box that are compliant to the Logan bars. It would be cheaper for you.
I have assumed you already have bars for your car.
