salutare, are cineva poze sau vre-o carte in care este explicat ce se regleaza si mai ales cum se monteaza un carb dublu corp, la o berlina, sau cineva care are montat si cu explicatii pe poza ...

nu, vreau sa pun dublu corp si nu stiu decat unde vine tur si retur benz, restul de stuturi nu stiu unde se conecteaza... sad.gif

tevile alea de sus,una e tur si una e returul
aia cu gaurica mica e returul
capsula aia neagra e capsula de dezinecare, actioneaza la pornire si deschide putin socul pentru a evita inecarea motorului
din ea trebuie sa plece un furtun intr-unul din stuturile din talpa carburatorului, iar in celalalt furtunul de la avansul vaacumatic (nu stiu care unde trebuie sa vina)

intre carburator si galerie iti mai trebuie o antretoaza din textolit, si 2 garnituri (una cu 2 gauri pe mijloc - intre antretoaza si carb si cealalta cu un oval in interior intre antretoaza si galerie)
atentie cu antretoaza, se monteaza in mai multe pozitii, una sigura e corecta - cu coltul sub pompa de sprit

spor la treaba

era sa uit, cablu de soc de dacie cu monocorp nu merge, e prea scurt, iti trebuie unu de dacie 1,6 cu dublucorp

ala de langa stutu pt avansu vacuumatic e pentru recuperare gaze carter, ceva ge genu orificiu calibrat la monocorp, sper ca ai inteles

il lasi infundat ca nu iti trebuie...

inteles, am vazut postarea ta dupa ce am pus-o pe a mea smile.gif , garnitura de textolit o am, celelalte 2 se gasesc? dar cele 2 capsule?

le elctrovalva se leaga la bobina?

lle inca ceva, cum se regleaza frana de ralanti, mai bine spus cum iti dai seama ca nu e bine reglata? cablu de acceleratie mere de dacie su trebe tot de 1.6?

electrovalva... discutabil... in mod normal ea se leaga dupa contact , pe plus. io am avut'o pe a mea legata la plusu de la bobina pana la un moment dat cand facea figuri si i'am taiat varfu de pe tija interioara... unii zic ca nu e bine... e problema lor, io sunt multumit. merge binemersi.

cablu de acc merge si ala de dacie
frana de ralanti se regleaza, io nu o folosesc ca nu imi place... prefer sa turez motoru rapid si si revina rapid la ralanti si tot asa..
ea se regleaza in felu urmator: cu motoru pornit desurubezi contrapiulita si o apropii de tija aia de acc pana cand se comprima cam 4 - 5 mm, fara sa influenteze ralatiul.
scopul e ca motoru de la 2000rpm sa ajunga la ralanti (1000 in cazu meu) in aprox 4-5 sec

pai si bobina nu e dupa contact?


si inca ceva, ai idee se mai gasesc pt dublucorp piese? garnituri, jigloare, capsule?

nu stiu cum e la nova dar la oltcit se regla sa ajunga de la 4500 rpm la relanti in 4-5 secunde, nu de la 2000 (ar fi si aiurea sa scada 1000 rpm in 5 secunde)

apropo ala din capac nu e jiglor de relanti ci surub de reglare aer
carburatorul tau e unul de oltcit 1100 cmc
la acest carburator reglajul clapetelor e facut micrometic, e sigiliat si nu se umbla la ele
relantiul se regleaza din acel surub de aer din capac
in talpa mai trebuie sa fie si surubul de amestec

adica ti se pare mult 5 secunde sa scada de la 4500 rpm la 1000 , dar de la 2000 ti se pare normal ? blink.gif

ala e un carb 100% de nova 1,6
este un model mai nou, la care s'a montat jigler de ralanti exact ca la monocorp pe capac pt accesul mai rapid
tu te referi la carbu de 1100 de oltict ala e diferit si are si dufuzoarele mai mici
la modelu 1100 oltcit in locu ala e un surub de reglaj aer din aluminiu si mai are si un arc pe el
la bobina ai plusu dupa contact

in ultima jumatate de ora s'a scris destul de ult aici tongue.gif
