"Fosta judecatoare Geanina Terceanu a fost condamnata joi de Curtea de Apel Bucuresti la 5 ani si 6 luni de inchisoare cu executare pentru luare de mita in dosarul Transferurilor din fotbal, anunta Mediafax. Fratii Becali au primit si ei condamnari in dosar, fiind acuzati ca au incercat sa o mituiasca pe judecatoarea Geanina Terceanu: Ioan Becali - 7 ani si 4 luni inchisoare, Victor Becali - 5 ani si 8 luni, potrivit Agerpres. Alaturi de ei a fost condamnat si fostul actionar dinamovist Cristi Borcea - 7 ani si 10 luni inchisoare. Sentintele in cazul celor trei oameni de fotbal sunt contopite cu cele din vechiul dosar si nu sunt definitive, ele putand fi contestate la Inalta Curte de Casatie si Justitie.

Potrivit deciziei Curtii de Apel Bucuresti,Ioan si Victor Becali au primit cate 3 ani inchisoare pentru dare de mita, pedepse contopite cu cele din dosarul transferurilor, iar in final ei vor avea de executat 7 ani si 4 luni, respectiv 5 ani si 8 luni inchisoare. In cazul lui Ioan Becali, judecatorii de la Curtea de Apel Bucuresti au dispus si anularea deciziei prin care a fost eliberat conditionat.

De asemenea, Cristian Borcea a fost condamnat la 3 ani si 6 luni pentru dare de mita, pedeapsa contopita cu cea din dosarul transferurilor, rezultand 7 ani si 10 luni."
