It can be the glass, that has cought some dirt/sand between itself and the 2 plastic holders of the lifting/lowering mechanism. It can be resolved by opening the door plastic panel, cleaning and greasing the glass holding mechanism. One long term solution on the romanian side of the forum is to put some cloth fabric between the glass and the glass holders.

I think that I have same "problem". But no so intensive, and somewhere from the back and front right door. Maybee more from the right one.

I have a problem with my Logan's engine. Please have a look for the attached pictures:

I am always found some oil in the place, what I marked with a red circle, but always just there. There is no oil anywhere! It seems, that the oil comes from the material of the engine block. Do I have any chance to solve this problem? I am using Mobil1 5w-50 motoroil.

looks like the rocker cover gasket !! try tightning the screws around the cover if that dont work get a gasket ..Cheep and easy to fit

Yeah, rocker cover gasket. I'd go for a change, not for as retighten. Anyway, be advised that you have to tight the bolts/nuts to a specific torque.

look at the screws in the photo and it looks like a butcher has been to work on them

Nobody has been touched that screw! But what is intresting, there is/were no oil from the rocker cover gasket, because I'v checked by a lot of times. I don't see the source of the oil, it seems it's coming from the gap (which is on the center of the red circle)...

The oil on your photo is coming from the Right!!!!
give us a better photo because in your red circle it looks fine

I would take the car to the repair shop. Something similar happened to me yesterday, lucky I got there and solved the problem in time.

Just to share my thoughts/experiences with you….

I am the owner of the Dacia Logan Laureate 1.4 MPI since 6 September 2006 and have 6,000 kms of mileage in two and a half months as I have been using the car to a great extent (every-day 100 kms, going to work) without any problems whatsoever. The decision to buy Logan came after a thorough thinking on possible choices including Hyundai Getz, Lada Kalina, Zastava 10/licensed Fiat Punto or Dacia Logan. In the end the choice was Logan though I had to wait delivery for 2,5 months. Though it is not “the star of the day” the car prove its worth its money, especially taking into account the condition of roads in Eastern BiH/Republika Srpska.

I didn't have any problems with my MCV yet. And I have it for a week.
I could olny say that it is great car, and I recomend it to everybody....
MCV REALLY RULES...

44.000 km after 1 year and 8 month

1. front left (amortizer) shock absorber had some strange sounds while drive through holes on road

at service they fixed it (i need 1 year to fix it because service pepole wanted to make monkey of me because they told me a story that sounds are normal and usual)

2. light of bask gear (rikverc svetlo) failed and they changed automatic switch (bulb was ok) for back gear

3. lpg problems:

leaking of lpg while car engine is off (bad rubber on a lpg filter)

bad software setup of lpg computer, and engine does`nt gets enough lpg on a small rpm`s, this gives strange moves of engine especialy whem moves from 1 to 2 gear (motor cima i stuca na jachem gasu iz 1 u 2 brzinu)

after software setup problem was minimalised (with bad lpg sometimes it happens again)

Unfortunately, LPG installation in Serbia is very expensive, cca 1200 euro, with price so high such problems should not happen.

Problem with onboard computer:

The reading of medium gas cosumption get crazy sometimes. I've read in the manual that some Logan indicate instant gas consume and medium gas consume and it seems like sometimes change between both registers, and numbers increase very fast on city and get down, very fast too, on roads, but then it becames right like medium gas cosumption. Until it starts again.

I have only one position which I thought to be medium gas consume, but now...

¿Somebody knows what's that?

I'm going to ask car seller at the end, but next weeks, because now I'm busy. But every time I've talked to him I usually know a lot more than him about the car. He knows nothing.

Are you talking about Gas Petrol or Diesol?
As for the OBC it changes all the time as you drive
