bumper or steering? i cannot find the cause

Here is a problem:

when i bougt logan last year, i noticed that when i turn steering wheel in LEFT
and then drive slowly over holes on a road, i hear some strange BUMP sound
at front left side . this happend rarely. but now it happends often and when i get steering wheel in the middle and drive over holes on a road, there is NO THAT BUMPY SOUND

what do you think? is it a bumper or steering problem? i will drive it to service soon.
