finala in S inseamna finala normala. este mai scurta ca cea de logan, are sitele pentru diesel ( evacueaza mai multe gaze ) si in/out 60mm fata de 40 mm stock

E o chestie pe care eu n-o pricep.
Sa luam exemplu un calorifer de la bloc, sau de la casa, whatever. Presupunem ca in instalatie curge in mod constant agent termic la temperatura ridicata. Caloriferul are un robinet pe circuitul de intrare. Daca robinetul e inchis, caloriferul ramane rece.
La masina nu-i acelasi sistem, adica un robinet pe circuitul de intrare? Eu stiu ca da. Artificiul tau nu se justifica.

La alea vechi fix robinet era. De ex. la R16 robinetul avea tija mai lunga, pana in stanga bordului, unde era maneta de comanda. Se inchidea si deschidea prin rotatie, fix ca la calorifer.
Daca nu e robinet, ce e?

Un volet care modifica traiectul aerului, prin sau pe langa radiatorul de incalzire, care este mereu cald tongue.gif S-a eliminat astfel o piesa care de multe ori incepea sa isi piarda etanseitatea. Unele masini pastreaza sistemul, mutat in sa in compartimentul motor, locul robinetului fiind luat de o electrovana.

Ma gandeam ca asta ar fi solutia. Ce tembeli, cum sa renunte la robinet? sleep.gif
Apropo de solutia aleasa de initiator, nu era mai simplu sa inserieze un robinet pe circuit? Simplu si usor de trecut din iarna in vara si invers.

Sistemul este cam tâmpit ... dacă blochezi circuitul prin calorifer, apa nu mai circulă prin motor (excepție când trece prin radiatorul din față) ...
Cea mai bună soluție este montarea unui "U" (ca în cazul de față) sau un sistem de robineți (care să-ți "facă" acest "U", dar la nevoie să treacă antigelul prin calorifer).

impamantare. aveam un tziuit in boxe care crestea in intensitate odata cu turatia.

nu stiu cum si de ce dar a disparut.

descarca sarcinile electrice nedorite in masa/baterie

am un ralanti mult mai stabil si cica imbunatateste scanteia deoarece la 16v bobinele sunt influentare de sarcinile electrice din chiuloasa / admisie / motor

care bataie de cap ? admisia ? se simte. trage mai bine. problema este ca se incinge dupa 1 2 forje si lesina tot motoru. trebuie izolata bine.

urmeaza un nou proiect. o galerie de admisie scurta si groasa care sper sa destupe motorul pe ture mari.

Ma rog, nu zic nu, dar cred ca ar fi indicate niste fise Dyno inainte si dupa modificarile de genul asta. La fel cum cred ca trebuie remapat ECU-ul. Spor la imbunatatiri.

masina mai are de suferit multe imbunatatiri pana sa ajunga pe dyno. modificarea traseului de admisie nu necesita soft.

din ce date am citit cu DDT2000 presiunea din colector a crescut cu aproape 50 milibari fata de un 16v stock in urma traseului din coturi si inox. asta in regim de 6000 rpm

dupa ce termin galeria de admisie va primi soft

Poate pentru ca metalul din care sunt facute alea din fabrica are inertie termica foarte mare. Conteaza suprafata pentru disiparea mai buna a caldurii, iar la pillar venting nu este mai mare. Si nici peretii nu sunt sub forma de turbina pentru evacurea usoara a aerului.

Daca e de merketing cu discurile ventilate, e un marketing prost, ca altfel ar pune din fabrica pe toate masinile discuri pline, si ar iesi costurile de productie mai mici.

In speranta ca initiatorul topicului nu se supara, fac si eu un comentariu legat de discuri.
Dupa parerea mea in oras oricum nu se simte ventilatia la discuri, adica se incing la fel de tare indiferent de sistemul de ventilare, pentru ca se franeaza des si mai din scurt iar vitezele de rotatie ale discurilor sunt mici. Eu am discuri ventilate de MCV cu canale drepte si etrieri mari de VAN cu modelul de placute mai mare (Ferodo Premier). In oras se incing la fel de tare pe vremea asta ca si cele vechi neventilate. Am masurat zilele trecute temperatura discurilor dupa o tura obisnuita de cumparaturi si aveau 100-110 grade. Etrierii aveau cam 80, iar jantele de aliaj cam 50.
Cred ca diferenta o face in primul rand compozitia discului si abia apoi sistemul de ventilare. Nu degeaba unii producatori folosesc aliaje cu Cu. Cred ca o inertie cat mai redusa (termica) este de dorit.
