When I leave the windows open and lock the car ( with remote or key) why the windows are not automaticaly closed?? Is it possible to close the windows when I lock the car only if I install alarm, or there is another solution!? This post has been edited by DenNy: 24 Aug 2005, 14:15

There is no such facility on your car
You have to do it manually.
Check with your dealer any other possibiliy of automatic closure of windows.

Usually this module is optionally installed once with the alarm. We are investigating a way to install it alone and getting signal for it from an actuator. At the moment I am with the door cover in my trunk and look for the solution. Theoretically it must work.
If you are interested to do it by your self I would gladly help you with a tutorial.
Most of the dealers will clame that it cannot be done without installing an alarm system.

Denny, try to see if you can buy from your local stores (usually the ones which sells alarms) the module CL-200 made by "eaglemaster".
When you have aquired the module I will translate for you the tutorial. It is already posted but is in romanian language.

I've seen the cl-400 module, but I haven't found an electronic schema of it therefore I don't know how much different is from cl-200. I have installed an cl-200 module.
Check if you can look for a schema of that module to analyse.
If you want I can translate the tutorial for the cl-200 and for the other one let you improvise.

I tryed to find this module in Belgrade.I have found cl-200 at one store, price is cca 30eur
Yes I would like to have that tutorial, even it is for cl-200. I will try to find that cl-400 module.
I search in romanian section of forum, and as I can see i Romania it cost 11-18eur!?

Hi I'm sorry to interrupt but I am interrested also about this issue.
I already have installed an allarm I think it is something like (MARK) or so.

Is there a possibility for me to do something so I could get mu windows to close as described above?

You all have nice and tolerant dealers that are allso you neighbours or none of you care about the warranty?

I'm not not trying to be sarcastic. I'm really interested.

No they are not so nice, but because they are not able to provide us with factory production allrm systems the must tolerate this kind of conduct.

I have the right to protect my property and they are not able to provide me with the means of protection I'm looking for so I have to take appropriate action.

What would you do if someone break in to you'r car and steal CD player or something else (expensive), and you know that if you had an alarm that kind of thing would have never happen. Do you think that the dealers will be concerned about this.

By the way in Macedonia Warranty covers nothing exept engine and chassy.

This week-end I will try to translate the tutorial, beside, I haven't finished installing my device therefore it's better to give a good advice based on a succeded instalation
