Pana acuma totu ok.
Dar am avut parte de o experienta tare tampita radmasa.gif Nea luat 40 de minute sa iesim din parcare si 3 drumuri pana la masina, bine ca sa terminat. Cred ca am ars deja 50% din caloriile de la maioneza aia.

Am venit cu un coleg, care a venit cu masina unui coleg.
Prim colegul a pierdut biletul de la parcare. Mergem sa cautam un punct de informatii. Cand ajungem acolo, colegul nu stia ce numar are masina, a lasat telefonul in masina, deci nu puteam sa il sunam pe al doilea coleg. A fost comedie mare.

In fine, au trecut 4 ore, stomacul rezista. Deci e bun.

Ardeii iuti nu prea se mureaza doar in saramura, ca nu-s din categoria gogonelelor sau verzei. Ceva otet tot trebuie sa le pui (stiu de la profesionista de Olt care-mi livreaza de toate).

Am intrebat-o de ce se pune si otet si nu se fac clasic (in saramura, cum pun si eu varza si ea restul muraturilor), raspunsul: " Pai daca asa se fac?!" tongue.gif Cica nu se mureaza suficient. Oricum, nu se pune mult (ca la gogosari, de ex.), doar putin deasupra borcanului.

Acum am observat că sunt și ciudați care mănâncă ardei murați în altceva decât oțet. Ar trebuie să le fie rușine cu ei.
Asta-mi aduce aminte de o greșeală potențial fatală pe care era s-o comit. Am cumpărat o găletușă cu ardei iuți murați din Ungaria. Doar ca combinația era de jumătate oțet - jumătate saramură, motiv pentru care au săvârșit la gunoi.

Din cate stiu eu falafelul este de post.
La fel si Hummus, baba ganoush, tabouleh.
