Pe torrente chiar in mometul asta downloadez cu 350 kb/s. Azi nu a scazut sub 250 rolleyes.gif dc+ nu folosesc si nu am folosit niciodata. Down de pe web, aceasi viteza(250-350 kb/s) - cand nu e pornit torrentele bineteles.

V-am spus eu!
Eu unu trebuie sa sun la ei sa rezolv o mica problmea cea cu uplodul care nu trece de 384Kb normal ar fi sa fie 512Kb... sa vad ce rezolv si va anunt!

depinde si de parteneri, daca sunt 2-3 posibil sa mearga incet, dar daca sunt multi, downloadul merge la capacitatea conexiunii.

Nu stiu ce o sa rezolvi cu reclamatia deoarece aceasta este viteza maxima si nicidecum cea garantata. La mine insa pot confirma ca am prins upload de 480 kb/sec dar asta nu e garantata prin contract. Oricum, bafta.

Eu am avut intotdeauna peste 95 % din viteza garantata si la abonament de 1 mb/s, si de 4, si acum am de 3(la UPC binenteles), deci se poate.

facut in momentul asta(garantat e 3000 cu 512:

argoane daca tu ai viteza garantata da-mi voie sa te invidiez tongue.gif . Oricum daca ai 95 % din viteza garantata e cazul sa faci reclamatie. Te-au furat de 5%. Daca este asa cum banuiesc eu, si viteza aia este cea maxima si nicidecum cea garantata (la vechiul astral, la inceput viteza garantata era de 8 kb/sec iar aia maxima de 64 kb/sec) iar te invidiez. Eu nu ating 95% decat in jumatate din timpul de accesare a netului. In rest, ma pot baza pe 80%...90% . Am observat ca depinde si de amplasamentul local in cadrul aceluiasi oras (in unele zone merge mai bine decat in altele).

Abonamentele actuale le vor migra la 1 decembrie.
Oricum, totul e apa de ploaie pt ca dupa un trafic de 10GB/zi se va face o limitare drastica la 10% din banda.
Deci, ca de obicei, pe hartie da bine dar in realitate.....

Nu se face nici o limitare, aia a fost acum 2-3 ani. Tin mimte ca aveam atunci maxim 20 giga/luna, dupa care limita sub 50 % banda.

offtopic: @blackout, aparent distrusii care se ocupa de site-ul upc au o problema in a intelege ce internet exploder nu e singurul browser cu care trebuie sa functioneze ckatul lor de pagina. Incearca site-ul din opera sau firefox, la mine e jale. Probabil o fi din cauza ca nu folosesc windows?
