Autorul a gresit la shaormeria Genin, cand a cerut si sos curry, care nu merge pur si simplu la shaorma. Aceeasi greseala o vad la alte shaormerii, care pun verdeata (patrunjel blink.gif ) la shaorma, which sucks. Genin face o shaorma foarte ok, ca si Melissa, daca stii ce sa ceri in ea.

Melissa - 12 lei, mare si satioasa, Genin 14 lei, ok dar cam mica.

Cantitati pt butoias 30 l:

- 1 kg gogonele, 4-5 ardei kapia verde, 3-4 morcovi, 1 leg. cimbru, 2 legaturi frunze telina, 1 leg. marar uscat cu seminte, 2-3 legaturi hrean, 1/2 kg sare mare, 1 furtun tare sau teava pt. pritocit.
Se spala pepenii, gogonelele, kapia, telina; se curata, spala si taie felii hreanul, morcovii; se amesteca ~ 1 lingura de sare la 1 kg apa, total necesar ~ 16 l apa + 16-20 linguri sare; se pun pe fundul butoiului: o parte din marar (betele cele mai lungi se pastreaza pt. deasupra), telina, felii de hrean si morcov); se pune un rand de pepeni;
in mijloc se fixeaza teava/furtun pritocit; prin locurile goale se baga gogonele, kapia, alte fire de marar, hrean, morcovi; se pun restul de pepeni peste, la fel cu restul de legume printre; betele cele mai lungi se pun deasupra, la fixare;
se toarna saramura, sa acopere tot (eventual se pune o piatra de râu peste, ca sa tina totul sub apa).
Se pune capacul, daca dupa 2-3 zile s-a lasat apa, se adauga sa fie plin; se pritoceste din cand in cand, (cam la 1-2 zile).

Cam seamana cu tehnologia pt. varza murata.
