Salut! Doresc sa dau net la doua calculatoare. Netul e de la RDS, am un modem in care intra cablul si iese un cablu de ethernet. Acum merge bine pe un singur calculator. Doresc sa am net la inca un calculator, si pentru astra imi trebuie un router.
As vrea o recomandare (si sa aiba si ppoe, parca asta iti trebuie in caz ca il folosesc pe fibra)

Nu stiu sigur la ce te referi, dar banuiesc. Nu cumva in cazul asta ar trebui sa pornesc primul calculator pentru a avea net la al doilea?

Acum depinde daca esti dependent de un calculator. Acasa am cu netsh.. Calculatorul meu da net calculatorului neveste-mii.Cand nu sunt acasa il foloseste pe al meu si cand sunt si eu acasa si vrea si ea pe net se duce la celalalt. Depinde acum cum vrei sa il folosesti ...

Sunt ceva routere canyon parca.... undeva pe la 80-100 ron. Au si ppoe si firewal si toate magariile.. Am avut un asemnea router la firma unde lucram inainte si si-a facut datoria cu brio...

Daca vrei un router de calitate orienteaza-te spre Linksys.
Modelul WRT54GL este imbatabil atat ca performante cat si optiuni. Software-ul este open-source si exista niste firmware-uri bazate pe linux ce-ti permit sa faci ce vrei cu el. Poti seta chiar si puterea de emisie la 250mW smile.gif.
Este cel mai stabil si flexibil router din categoria sa de pret. Costa in jur de 250 - 300 lei.

PS. Acum am realizat ca din pacate nu se incadreaza in bugetul alocat sad.gif.

Rooter TRENDnet, 4 porturi, are de toate si ppoe, se seteaza usor, aceeasi conexiune o am si eu numai ca am fibra. Cat timp am avut modemul n-am avut nevoie de ppoe, rooterul aloca ipul automat si impartea conexiunea la internet fara nici o setare, acelasi lucru il face si acum dar cu ppoe ptr ca cei de la rds au considerat ca este necesara o parola si un username. Pe ppoe, pui usernameul, parola, in setari si n-ai treaba. A costat aprox 1 milion la dc, modelul este TW100-S4W1CA, eu sunt foarte multumit de el.

Ok, pare interesanta oferta pentru acest Trendnet, am gasit aici:

Spune-mi te rog, necesita restarturi dese? adica mai des de o data pe luna? Ai avut ceva probleme cu el? Ma tenteaza si pe mine, mai ales ca e chiar mai ieftin decat ma pregatisem eu.

Totusi, daca mai aveti si alte propuneri, ar fi bine, vreau sa fac o lista cu 3-4 modele (max 130 RON), sa mai citesc despre ele si apoi sa ma hotarasc.

Am avut SMC ... si sa busit de doua ori. Schimbat pe garantie. Ultima oara a decedat complet (in 3 ani).
In prezent am Trendnet si sunt multumit. Nu am avut nicio problema. In plus am 5 ani ganatie. Dar daca lucrurile merg ca pana acum cred ca nu o sa fie nevoie. Restaruri dau eu o data la 1-2 saptamani. Preventiv chiar daca nu este nevoie.

Au ai mei modelul asta tot cu net de la RDS prin ppoe si isi face treaba foarte bine. Nici nu o sa stii ca e acolo.

Am avut si eu aceasta dilema si am rezolvat-o astfel:

Am scapat de fire si merge si prin beton.

Andy, edimax d-asta am eu acasa de vreo doua luni, mi l-am luat ca era destul de ieftin. Nu l-am resetat deloc pana acum, n-am avut nici o problema cu el. Se configureaza usor (banuiesc ca asta e standard acum) din windows, zice el cum. Ti-l recomand cu toata caldura.

Noi avem un router Qubs http://www.emag.ro/routere/router-qubs-bro...-lan--pQB5004PS in firma si merge destul de bine.

Eu mi-am luat ieri de la Depozitul de Calculatoare un model de la TRENDNet pe la 180RON si are si Wireless. Tipul de la magazin mi-a spus ca modelele mai patratoase de la TRENDNet nu prea merg grozav cu RDS-ul, defapt cei de la RDS au niste probleme de retelistica.
