Va prezint modul in care am realizat eu termometrul pentru Loganul "din dotare"...Am folosit un afisor cu 7 segmente tip Luckylight KW4(28x11 mm - daca gaseam mai mic, puneam mai mic !), un PIC 16F628A, un senzor de temperatura DS18B20. Decuparea ferestrei afisorului s-a facut pe un CNC (am incercat eu cu cutter si apoi pilire, dar iese urat rau...).
Atasez schema. Se pot folosi ambele tipuri de afisoare (anod/catod comun). Daca sunt amatori postez hex-urile. Numai bine !

Multumesc de apreciere ! Asigur PIC programat, bineinteles. Am si doua vitrine taiate, dar de Ambiance si Ambition (NU Prestige). Numai bine !

Salut,

Cat costa un sistem complet de masurare a temperaturii? Sunt interesat si chiar as dori sa cumpar.

Mai am o nelamurire: unde pozitionezi senzorul de temp pentru "a nu muri de cald" vara si "a nu degera" iarna ??

Ma intereseaza doar temperatura exterioara ; senzorul va fi pus pe portiunea dinaintea balamalei de la usa sofer. Intentionez sa-l incorporez in plastic topit (stiti, baghete din acelea care se topesc cu pistolul electric...). Paralelipipedul rezultat va fi prins, printr-o bucatica de pluta (excelent izolator termic !), de tabla.senz.jpg ( Size: 33.29k ) Number of downloads: 2699

Afisajul face... culoarea pe care i-a dat-o fabricantul. La dimensiunea aceasta nu am gasit decat rosu; eu, unul, as fi preferat albastru...
Da, intr-adevar, pentru temperaturi negative este afisat si simbolul "-".

Nu pot da PM deci da-mi un nr de telefon sa-ti dau adresa sa-mi trimiti un kit complet si cateva poze eventual cu pozitia de montaj in bord (ma refer la panoul de bord - localizare si eventuale trick-uri)

Nu stiu cat de buna este pozitionarea ta acolo. biggrin.gif La mine si alte masini am vazut ca este in bara senzorul si arata cam 90% bine. smile.gif La un opel astra de exemplu am vazut ca arata cam aiurea temperaturile. smile.gif

Super tare realizarea.
Mie, intr-o vreme, imi bubuia mintea sa modific modul de afisare pe displayul existent astfel incat dupa etapele CB-ului sa afiseze si temperatura.

Vara se topeste nu tine daca lasi masina in soare.
Ironick ma mir ca nu-ti poti face si tu unul biggrin.gif e asa de scimplu ... se gasesc scehme cu soft cu tot doar sa cauti , am isimplu sunt cele cu atmega si cu afisaj lcd de ceas tongue.gif de dama biggrin.gif
Eu nu-mi mai bat capul cam am deja in proiect sa pun un lcd mare 128x64 in care se vor afisa mai multe detali inclusiv poturile de radio cu citire rds-ului inclusiv mp3
pe langa consum instant , viteza turatie si afisari bargraf la consum de carburant .
Montajul e pentru opel dar merge adaptat si pe sn , golan etc.
Oricum felicitari pentru realizare vezi ca se gaseste si afisor cu 14 caractere pentru a indica steluta.

o idee ar fi realizarea masurarii temperaturii in interior si exterior eventual un comutator sau din 30 in 30 sec automat cu adaugarea a 1 sau 2 digiti care va afisa I - IN sau O - OU

Eu am altele pe cap ...
Ma gandeam intr-un timp sa gasesco consola centrala care sa o montez pe bord si sa ii pun un lcd cu "temperaturi". Am pe acasa niste lcd-uri 2x16 parca ...

Pentru consola ar merge ceva cu un afisor grafic, cum este cel de Nokia 3310.

fratello din acel afisor 80x80 mi se pare imi fac mp3 biggrin.gif nu-l stric cel putin eu pentru asa ceva desi e o solutie pentru multi colegi.
Tot un lcd 2x16 alfanumeric sau ma rog ce se gaseste.

Departe de mine gandul de a transforma acest topic in altceva...Va rog ca altfel de discutii sa fie NUMAI pe PM.Multumesc !
Instructiuni despre realizare :
Se desface complet bordul.
Se aplica vitrina cu decuparea/fereastra pentru termometru peste plasticul alb al bordului.
Cu un marker subtire se traseaza conturul ferestrei pe plasticul alb.
In interiorul dreptunghiului rezultat se pozitioneaza afisorul si se traseaza conturul acestuia, afisorul fiind mai mic decat fereastra (intentionat decupata mai mare !).
Se taie locasul pentru afisor. Personal am dat mai multe gauri, una langa alta, apoi am finisat cu o pila drepta.Plasticul se prelucreaza foarte usor.
ATENTIE ! Nu faceti locasul mai mare decat afisorul ! Verificati, piliti, verificati, piliti ! Afisorul trebuie sa intre un pic fortat, astfel incat sa
i se asigure fixarea mecanica. Pe spate puneti doua-trei picaturi mici de Superglue.
Decupati un pic din folie.
De jur-imprejurul afisorului lipiti banda dublu adeziva, NEAGRA. Peste aceasta aplicati un filtru din plastic rosu, care imbunatateste semnificativ
contrastul.
Traseul firelor dintre afisor si montaj se poate vedea in fotografie.
Montajul propriu-zis se pune intr-o cutie, din plastic, care se fixeaza, cu banda adeziva, de manunchiul de fire existent sub ceasurile de bord.
Alimentarea se face cu plus 14.4 volti, din plus dupa contact -va puteti lega de firul care duce la pinul A7 (+ dupa contact protejat siguranta)
al mufei manetei de actionare a stergatoarelor . Masa se leaga la un surub de masa, preferabil cu papuc.
Senzorul de temperatura il plasati...unde doriti smile.gif. Sper ca am fost destul de explicit.
In atasament poze...edificatoare, sper eu.

Pun aici si hexurile. Erata: in schema din postul 1 apare si un quartz de 4 MHz: NU se foloseste ! Hex-urile contin configuratia corecta, doar se scriu in 16F628(A). Cred ca informatiile prezentate sunt suficiente. Schema este destul de simpla, nu cred ca este cazul sa pun si cablajul, mai ales ca este desenat de mana... Cam atat... Succes !

Am si eu o intrebare legat de bord. Vreau sa schimb bordul cu una care are CI. Am si cumparat una, dar are mai putine km de cat am eu pe masina. Nu vreau sa fie rescris km din soft deacea vreau sa fac un generator de inpulsuri cu care sa "mai bag" cativa km. Am gasit firul prin care vine semnalul de km/h dar nu stiu ce tensiune si ce frecventa are acel impuls. Cineva stie aceste doua parametri?
