Stie cineva unde se poate gasi si cumpara o axa cu came modificata pentru Dacia 1400? Dar o evacuare dubla( saxofon),cum era la primele tipuri de Dacii, frantuzesti ?

O chestie foarte interesanta exista pt tipul de motor de pe dacie (1.4) dar merge si la restul o posibiliate de a adapta un sistem de VVA (Variable Valve Actuation) cu efecte benefice pt elasticitate, cosum si mai ales putere; cite:
"The torque at extreme low revs resembles that of a truck, and at high revs that of a motorcycle."

nu prea cred ca ala de reno 19 e ca de dacie,cel mult ala de reno 9...da' in fine,inca nu vazut,deci nu sar la cap.
vcosmin,nu prea am priceput eu acolo,vrei sa-mi explici nitel ca pt prosti? pliz!

ai dreptate, dupa ce m-am uitat mai atent si am cautat pe net, motorul de 1390 este SOHC, nu OHV ca la dacie ceea ce schimba radical problema, in schimba s-ar pute sa ii ajute pe posesori de supernova, solenza. DAR

nu prea le am cu chestiile astea si nu prea cred ca poti sa iti modici tu axa pe care o ai (99% nu biggrin.gif ) , dar da un search pe google, sunt cel putin 3 systeme de distributie variabila prezentate VTEC, VVTI, si inca unul de la ROVER dar nu mai stiu cum ii zice, vezi si www.howstuffworks.com

ps.daca stiti pe cineva spuneti ca dau cat trebe numa sa-i faca.

Cum ne putem intalni in Pitesti ?? Am vorbit cu Dan Necula (ex pilotu') si cu mecanicul lui pt. niste modificari (axa, chiuloasa, setu' si galeriile), dar nu au axa.

Bai oameni buni , Daciile de azi sunt masini proaste ! Daca vreti sa faceti o treaba , inlocuiti axa cu came cu una veche de peste 20 de ani , adica cu una de renault 12 gordini ! E mai usoara si mai rezistenta !

Older-one , asta o stiam .Citeste intrebarea si o sa vezi ca exact asta am vrut. Voiam sa stiu doar unde pot gasi asa ceva! Pina acum nu am aflat mai nimic,doar discutii in afara subiectului ,cum ai facut si tu de fapt.

Axa de R12 Gordini sau de R5 GT se potriveste numai la Dacia 1310 si poate la 1400, dar nu si la 1600.

Stie un prieten de al meu pe un mecanic batran,care modifica masini pt raliu pe vremuri(am inteles ca sta pe langa Cora) Face axe cu came pt orice masina, lui i-a cerut 1500.000 pe axa pt berlina anul trecut.Cu axa asta noua, i-a schimbat cuplul maxim, de la 5500 rpm, undeva pe la 7000.O sa imi cumpar si eu axa de la el la vara.Face si roti dintate pt cutie, cu rapoarte mai scurte icon_mrgreen.gif Cum pun mana pe bani , o sa investesc in masina icon_twisted.gif

Cred ca vrei sa zici puterea maxima la 7000 rpm, ca daca e cuplu maxim la 7000, unde e puterea laugh.gif , ar tb sa iti pui si alte carb-uri cu noul ax ca sa fie totul ok

clarificare pt VCOSMIN.
-SOHC-un singur ax cu came in chiulasa(single over head camshaft)
-OHV-supape in chiulasa(over head valve)
Deci motorul SOHC este si OHV
Motorul de Dacia este OHV dar nu este SOHC.

Mi-am luat axa cu came modificata dupa profilul renault alpine.Camele de la axa asta sunt mai ascutite decat cea standard, inaltimea e aceeasi.O sa-mi reduca consumul si o sa creasca puterea (asa zicea un prieten care are axa la fel).Puterea o creste, asta am observat la el, dar de consum nu stiu daca sa-l cred pe cuvant sau nu :roll: Daca vreti axe din astea, sau pt orice masina orice model grabiti-va ca nea Roman (cel care mi-a facuto) nu mai lucreaza mult timp la fabrica si nu o sa mai aiva unde sa le faca. Cine vrea numarul sa dea MP icon_mrgreen.gif

M-a costat 1.5 milioane afacerea,axa la care a modificat profilele fiind noua, in magazin e 960 mii. Practic rectificatul a costat 600 mii. Cand o sa am bani sa o montez revin cu detalii in privinta functionarii motorului cu noua axa.Nu ma grabesc cu montatul, daca tot dau chiuloasa jos vreau sa o si modifc si trebuie destui bani.Cei care mi l-au recomandat pe nenea asta sunt toti multumiti icon_mrgreen.gif

Faza cu axule de Alpine este mai complicata
Pt ca intre cele 2 masinai Dacia/Alpine difera chiulasa foarte mult (Alpine este Hemihead, supape opuse) si implicit, diagrama de distributie . S-ar putea sa nu aibe un efect atat de pronuntat pt Dacie, mai bine iti luai un ax de cupa nova, sa iti faci unul la comanda dupa o diagrama proprie. Oricum sa ne zici si nou cum merge.
Consumul nu cred ca o sa scada, dar sigur nu o sa-ti mai "iasa" gazele, plus un relantiu putin marit, axul dupa cum arata are probabil o durata de deschidere marite => o cantitate mai mare de amestec care poate intra intr-un ciclu motor.
