Cumpar teren (300-800mp) intravilan in judetul ILFOV pentru constructie casa de locuit (nu ma intereseaza terenuri in zone industriale sau comerciale), la o distanta de maxim 30km de Bucuresti, preferabil zona sud, est sau sud-est.

In Domnesti am 2 locuri de casa, unul mai aproape de centru , celalalt oarecum spre periferie.Cel mai in centru are 475mp, celalalt cred ca 500mp.
In Peris am 5000mp linga padure din care 1250mp sunt ai mei , restul ai familiei, care si ea vrea sa vinda si mai am in proces inca 3 terenuri, dintre care un loc de casa cu vie si o casa pe el in centru Perisului.
Deci pe alese.

puneti si preturile va rog,sunt si eu interesat
dar fara aberatii,sudul e sub 20 e mp (cernica,berceni,balaceanca,)
si scade direct proportional cu distanta de bucuresti

Domnesti 2 locuri de casa unul de 500mp=15.000eur si altul in centru drum de servitute de 9m , 475mp/utilitati =21.000eur.
Peris 5000mp linga padure=20eur/mp se poate parcela.
Preturile sunt valabile 30de zile.
