Stiti daca s-a aprobat si intrat in vigoare legea propusa de Iulian Urban?Pot sa reziliez contracul cu Romtelefon daca am contract de 6mb si eu am sub 1mb?

Nu stiu la ce lege te referi, dar stiu ca nu poti rezilia contractul fara taxa daca nu ai depasit perioada pentru ca e prevazut faptul ca acei 6 Mbps nu sunt garantati.

aia 6 mega(de exemplu) sunt maximul('pana la'), nu garantati, sunt acoperiti toti furnizorii. DIn fericire la RDS din 100 Mb/s banda maxima am minim 80 constant a scapat.gif

Nu cred.Pai daca am de 6 ori mai putin decat prevede contractul?Tocmai in asta consta modificarea legii,daca sunt nemultumit de serviciile lor sa-mi reziliez contractul fara nici o problema.Pai daca tie la TV,ai vedea numai purici,aia vin la tine acasa,pun aparatul vad ca iti intra un minim de semnal ar trebui sa-ti spuna:Uite ai niste decibeli ,eu nu trebuie sa-ti asigur 100%,la revedere,drum bun!?

Tu ai citit macar contractul ala inainte sa il semnezi. 99.99% sunt sigur ca nicaieri nu scrie ca tu ai 6mbps garantat (de obicei e cate o * si un text scris cu font 6 in nota de subsol din pagina). Asa cum spunea si colegu R19, un contract cu 6 mbps garantat de usuca la buzunar.

Deci chestia e sa-l iei pe cel mai ieftin,nu?Ca oricum nu ai viteza..o sa caut contractul si o sa vad,dar totusi nu e diferenta cam mare?

daniM, dar chiar iti merge prost netul. Ce ai ADSL Romtelecom de 6M? (6Mbiti sau 6MBytes?)

La mine arata cam asa:

6Mb/s = 0.75MB/s = 750KB/s. La tine la test da 34KB/s. Mult prea slab. Cum ai setupul acasa? Cablu de la RomTelefon + modem ADSL si te conectezi bagand user si parola? Mai stiu persoane care au asa ceva si nu merge atat de prost. Sigur nu ai vreun router/limitare/problema la PC?

Eu m-as adresa la RomTelefon si as expune problema, eventual sa isi verifice si ei sculele 'pe traseu' si poate chiar sa trimita o echipa de interventie pana la tine.
Daca nu reusesc sa remedieze si sa asigure viteza conform contractului as cere rezilierea.
Legea nu stiu sincer care e, insa sper ca ar accepta aceasta reziliere in conditiile in care chiar oamenii lor ar constata problema si nu ar putea-o remedia.

Ma indoiesc ca nu pot remedia dar nu este exclus!
Daca totusi nu se remediaza, depune reclamatie si solicita raspuns in scris, dupa care esti indreptatit sa te adresezi Protectiei Consumatorului si sa soliciti rezilierea contractului fara alte plati. Nu ai nevoie de nici o lege speciala pentru asta.

Intrebare: Dar daca clientul a primit la conectare un laptop gratis de exemplu, in conditiile in care semneaza un contract pe 2 ani. Ce se intampla? Se da laptopul inapoi? Daca acesta nu mai exista (s-a defectat, furat, vandut, etc?) Este clientul obligat sa achite contravaloarea ori nu?

Cred ca exista o clauza de genul daca reziliezi contractul trebuie sa le le platesti X suma de bani. Tu ramai cu laptopul, si le platesti suma specificata in contract.

In general vorbind, nimic nu este gratis! Exista custodii, chirie zero, vanzari la preturi promotionale, in rate etc. dar nu gratis!
Speculatiile nu-si prea au rostul deoarece totul depinde de modul in care inceteaza relatia contractuala si de clauzele prevazute in contract.
Pe mine m-a convins initiatorul ca ceva nu este in regula cu netul sau dar asta nu inseamna ca 6M nu este 6M ca regula, dupa principiul enuntat mai sus (dovada este 6M pe care il am si eu - cu screenul postat mai sus) sau ca situatia nu poate fi remediata.

daniM sa reclame situatia de cate ori este cazul, sa obtina raspunsul in scris ca nu poate fi asigurat serviciul datorita unor conditii tehnice obiective si poate solicita si obtine rezilierea contractului fara alte impuneri.

nu are titulatura asa..'pana la' 100 Mb/s teoretici, 80-100 in mod normal, de multe ori nu duce placa de retea, si se poticneste downloadul la 10 MB/s.
