I guess that is normal that background light on the LCD display (orange) is lowered down when you turn the normal driving lights ON, but it seems that intensity of the background light of the LCD display is reduced for approx 50% on my friends Logan (Amibance, no board computer - if that matters).

He checked the under the hood, and it seems that battery is only 40Ah - is that how it should be?

Car is brand new (only 200 km so far) and sometimes has some problems with starting engine (look other topic about it) - so, maybe this might be related (poor brand new battery?).

Thank you in advance for any input!

Battery terminals checked - everything seems to be tight and OK.
Needless to say that all contacts are clean, as car is brand new.

As for the LCD display background light dimming - OK, if that is normal - only my impression was that dimming is quite "drastic".
