Polish Buze + Lac Protectie la SRZ Powdercoating Customs (13 photos)



Stim ca multi fac aceasta operatiune. Dar cati ofera garantie 12 luni ?
In mod normal actiunea de polishare este urmata de o intretinere chinuitoare a suprafetei polishate, probabil o data pe saptamana pentru a mentine un luciu decent.

De acum nu mai este nevoie !

Pe langa operatiunea de polishare propriu-zisa noi ducem lucrurile mai departe, exact cum procedeaza si producatorii de jante.

Dupa polish aplicam un strat de lac electrostatic pentru protectie, garantia fiind de 12 luni !

POLISH BUZE JANTE ALIAJ (inclusiv stratul de lac pentru protectie dar aditional fata de reconditionarea propriu zisa)

Acum ceva timp va prezentam o gama de culori candy si speciale, importate direct din USA, dar cu preturi ceva mai mari decat culorile clasice de gri, alb, negru.

Acum va prezentam o gama de culori neobisnuite pentru jante, dar care fara indoiala au factorul de "cool" cautat de tot mai multi dintre clienti.

Si totul la acelasi pret ca si culorile standard !

(sablat + vopsit electrostatic + calire la cuptor+reconditionare).

- 13”, 14”, 15”, 16" - 400 lei

JANTE ALIAJ (pret pentru set de 4):
- 13”, 14”, 15” - 450 lei
- 16” - 500 lei

Reconditonare Jante Face Polish Factory Restore

Exista anumite jante care vin din fabrica "in doua culori". De fapt janta este vopsita o singura culoare iar apoi o masina cu comanda numerica "taie" spitele la fata lasand impresia de polish pe aceasta suprafata.
Cu toate ca sunt spectaculoase, acest tip de jante au cel mai mult de suferit de pe urma exfolierii lacului protector.


La SRZ Powdercoating am rezolvat si aceasta problema.
Mai intai lacul original este decapat chimic, suprafata este repolishata manual, jante este tratata chimic pentru a elimina orice impuritate si apoi la sfarsit se aplica un lac electrostatic pentru protectia pe viata a jantei.

Problem solved !

Preturile incep de la 1000 lei / set 15" si pot ajunge la 1500 lei / set 20" iar perioada reconditionarii variaza intre 7-10 zile, fiind un proces de migala care necesita o foarte mare atentie.

Salut,

Candy red este o culoare speciala formata din trei straturi (cromare, candy si lac perlat). Se aduce pe comanda din USA in 5-7 zile. Costa aditional 250 lei fata de cei 550 lei / set 17" standard, deci in total 800 lei, dar rezultatul este spectaculos.
