In romania the Laureate version is sold with 1.4 mpi, 1.5 dci and 1.6 mpi Euro 3 engines. What kind of spare parts are you interested in?

Sorry, I don't understand what you mean by "Locking wheel bolts". If you are looking for special anti-theft wheel screws, I can tell you that here in Romania Dacia doesn't sell this kind of screws and the dealers are offering only non -original anti-theft screws.
