Hello neighbors, I am from Bulgaria and get one damaged Dacia Spring for restoration project. I will write prices of parts and all with pictures. i hope that in the end i will have runing electric car. Now i'am waiting the car delivery from Germany and using time to look for electrical scheme of car ,measurement points sizes, and online shops for parts that i will need . To be continue====

I don't have Experience with high voltage battery , but i hope that i can use my knowledge about EVs.

Make sure you have a mega ohm metter and insulated gloves then.

Really i am not sure of fixing wiring 100% there are many stretched and torn 12v electric installation. This is the reason that i am looking for electrical scheme, but i can not found it...maybe the model is too new.
I hope that the car will be loaded soon and it come this month to take some pictures of real condition and share them.

Is the airbag module resettable or need change the same one is in sandero 2 and duster.
Where is posisioned front crash sensor - after this crash I can not see it at all

least Dialogys that i found is 2020 version but there is no spring ...

there must be update i hope that i will find it soon

Hello, i don`t want to dissapoint you, but attached it`s a part of the repair manual related to crash data from the airbag ECU and the traction battery.
It`s in romanian but you can use google translator to read the quote in the center.
I suggest you to consider it because there is a lot of traffic on the CAN network between all the ECU`s on the vehicle.

Really thank you for this info it is super important and i hope that change of airbag computer/module will fix the problem. And i will use lair ( resistance ) for testing the system to prevent other blow airbags.

Is there some kind of lock the car motor , controller or in case of accident ? I see pictures of spring with deployed airbags but with green OK in dashboard for moving(may be).

All in sizes. All welds rewelded. Paint . Waiting for anticirosion film.

Temporarily/rebuild front bumper and hood installed for measuring gapes.

All inside frames not welded just scrolled for fine adjustment.

May be you are right. Till now is just alined and assembled for tests and test run .... Till now I won in CAN system problems and all run. In final I will install additional support of frame where were damage. The bendet material is both bad chacharteristiks than original. I hope that soon will be on the road again.

Yes Granta ( this is my car inside you can see my white kalina 2 (with front crash too))

Last week I was in Romania to get some used parts -hood, grill with charge door, bumper , LH drl , front windshield, charge extension cable and other small stuffs .

I assembly with new hood, gaps are almost ok , and other parts are fitting good. Pictures are with old bumper because new do not have down grill jet. I hope that will come soon.

Overall just need to adjust wheel chambers and toe and front frame position now is 10mm in left and 11 mm in back at left side. It is correctable via wholes in frame i hope.

Next step filer + paint ...... May be in next week's

I do not have much time to work on it, but I am trying . And the weather is getting worse. Wheels aliment is done. All is in norms. After all will take it to 3d alignment to be Shure,but for now is ok. There is no pull left or right and all looks good. I can drive without hands. I waste much time to correct the gaps and wings damages but all is goes fine.

Overall I have one big issue with abs system - it gives error when driving over 10 km /h, but I can not read the error I don know why. I thing to check abs rings and sensors may the readings are not correct because of dropped metal parts or other. Other to check must be steering wheel sensor I think it is not calibrated correct. It says +15 when is straits.... Just wait for clear non snow weather and start again new paint is waiting .
