Am atins firele care ies de la sonda si nu porneste, urmeaza sa verific releu si elv. Dar nu stiu care este releul si unde se afla

Eu nu am avut releu din fabrica.
Verifica si mufa de pe electromotor. Mie pe un drum accidentat mi-a iesit mufa respectiva, dar nu de tot, doar cat sa nu mai faca bine contact. De atunci am infasurat in jurul ei banda izolatoare.
Daca totul pana la electromotor este OK mai ramane acesta din urma.

Eu cred ca omu' se refera la ELV ( eletroventilator ) nu la electromotor , si daca nu ii porneste ELV-ul uite aici o schema cu care se poate depista problema in cauza !!

In primul rand trebuie sa gaseasca releul ... dry.gif

Am gasit, era siguranta arsa. Releu nu cred ca am. Pe aripa stanga am 3 sigurante si 2 relee. Doua sigurante si doua relee sunt pentru injectie si ramane doar siguranta care era arsa si am schimbato.

Tot la ELV m-am referit si eu. Ventilatorul este invartit de un motor electric, deci electromotor.
cosminus, ce valoare avea siguranta arsa? La mine este de 25A (din fabrica) si nu am avut probleme.

Merci. La inceput ma speriasem ca era valoarea cam mare. Cred ca stiau ei ceva ca au pus-o de 25A.

Eu am pus de 40A releul si merge OK, insa cam trepideaza motorul cand el sta pornit; de la asta sa fie? Sau e de la consum prea mare?... huh.gif

Iti trepideaza motorul datorita ralantiului, daca l-ai avea mai mare probabil ca nu s-ar simti asa pregnant , ELV-ul cand functioneaza absoarbe curent de la alternator/baterie si normal ca automat alternatorul infraneaza in functie de consumatori motorul , la fel se intampla si cu farurile cand le aprinzi ! excl.gif

Si cand e relantiul la 1000RPM, cand porneste ELV, ajunge pe la 700 chiar. In fine... smile.gif

Din acela am si eu dar la mine nus cade ataaat , eu am ralantiul undeva la 850-900 si imi scade vreo 40 de ture maxim, nu stiu la tine de ce scade atat de mult , sa nu dea ceva la masa cand porneste ELV-ul huh.gif

Posibil .. dry.gif dar alternatorul de cat este ??? eu am de 55 bateria si alternatorul de 50 cu fulie mai mica de Oltcit !! rolleyes.gif

Acum chiar s-ar merita sa am fulie mica la alternator, ca am cutie cu 5 trepte si nu mai e asa solicitat alternatorul. smile.gif

Ce coincidenta. Exact ieri mi-a fiert motorul prima oara in 2 ani. Fiind obisnuit ca porneste singur ELV-ul legal la termocupla nu am activat ELV-ul secundar legat la buton in bord si asa mi s-a dus antigelul pe apa sambetei.

Intai am identificat releul prin incercare, apoi siguranta. Siguranta ok, dar ventilatorul functiona daca ii dadeam bobarnace releului sau daca tineam apast. Am inlocuit releul (care era model 1970..) cu unul nou si aia e.

Numai bine!
