Go to your renault/dacia dealer. Based on your VIN-number (if the radio was fitted in the factory) he can get you a code to unlock it. They have acces to a special software for that.

try to find the code on the IVOICE received with your car... or ask the dealer from your country or the Dacia customer service (from Romania) +40 248 500 000 (vocea.clientului@daciagroup.com)

The only sound solution is to go to an authorized dealer. By the way - they shold not only want to see the car, but the documents as well.
