Umezeala, voltage peaks, materiale proaste, nerespectarea standardelor de calitate si ar mai fi o gramada.

Nu vad eu bine sau acolo este explicat un simptom al defectarii? Deci, NU un defect, ci rezultatul acestuia.

La mine sunt 84 de pagini. Si la fel, normativul trateaza aceeasi chestie: cum sa masori.
