Aproximativ 1,35 de milioane de autoturisme Toyota Yaris, Belta și Ractis, construite între ianuarie 2005 și aprilie 2008, au probleme la centurile de siguranță și la sistemul de evacuare a gazelor. Astfel, reprezentanții constructorului japonez de automobile au chemat pentru reparații autovehicule în întreaga lume, informează Reuters.

Această decizie a fost luată, după ce a fost raportat un caz de incendiu, în Japonia, provocat de o greșeală de proiectare la centura de siguranță. Astfel, amortizorul de sunete se poate topi atunci când un mecanism al centurii este activat în caz de accident.

În plus, defecțiunea sistemului de evacuare a gazelor poate determina spargerea unei conducte și scurgerea noxelor.

De menționat că, Toyota a refuzat să estimeze costurile implicate de reparații.

ce dracu este ala amortizor de sunete????? si cum se scurg noxele? sunt lichide?

AMORTIZOR SUNET (ZGOMOT):
Amortizor de sunet (zgomot) - element metalic atasat la galeria de evacuare a motorului, fiind parte a Sistemului de Evacuare.

Dispozitivul este utilizat pentru a reduce cantitatea de zgomot emisa de un automobil.

Caracteristici:
micsoreaza sensibil cantitatea de noxe sonore emise de motorul in functionare;
Constructiv, amortizorul de sunet (zgomot) este format dintr-un cilindru de obicei metalic avand in interior un ansamblu de site (metalice, ceramice, textile).
Gazele arse care traverseaza sistemul de evacuare sunt dirijate prin acest ansamblu, sitele respective retinand oscilatiile sonore pana la nivele acceptabile stabilite prin normele de mediu.

It is also unclear how long Yaris owners will have to do without their cars or whether the company be in a position to arrange loan vehicles.

One of the best-selling cars in the Toyota range, the Yaris is made in the company's French plant at Valenciennes and also in Japan.

It is seen as a competitor to the VW Polo, the Renault Clio and Ford Focus.

Until the news of the recall. the Yaris was considered one of the safest cars of its type having been awarded five stars by the industry's European safety watchdog, NCAP.

The recall of 1.3m cars is one of the biggest recalls in Toyota's history. Although just over three years ago it had to bring in 1.4m right-hand drive cars because of problems with headlight switches.

This involved 16 cars across the Toyota range including the Corolla.

In May 2006, Toyota recalled 1m cars across the world – including nearly 300,000 hybrid Prius models in Japan and America – to replace faulty parts in the steering mechanism.

These recalls were dwarfed by Ford having to call in 3.6m cars in 2007 after a cruise control switch was found to be defective.

cum, nu stiti?? Amortizorul ala de sunete bagat in centuri. Se declanseaza in momentul impactului si reduce soferul la tacere pentru un motiv deocamdata necunoscut..
N-am vazut pana acum jurnalist la publicatii non-auto care sa aiba vreo treaba cu domeniul asta. Nici sa traduca nu-s in stare...

Fratzica, serios acum, in termeni tehnici chiar asa se numeste. Amortizor zgomot, sau amortizor sunet. Nu o sa gasesti nicio lucrare stiintifica in care sa fie folosit termenul "toba". biggrin.gif

Sau in loc de distribuitor sa spui "lulea" cum spun mecanicii. laugh.gif

Sa vezi vreo lucrare de doctorat in care scrie despre toba, patina, saxofon si lulea. radmasa.gif

andule nu suntem pe aceeasi unda se pare. Ei au tradus "seat belt pretensioner" in "amortizorul de sunete". Aici e problema smile.gif
