am pus in engleza, pentru a vedea cum suna, mult mai bine, concluziile procurorului decit in romana. de fapt pedeapsa maxima nu a fost data atat pentru madoff cit mai ales pentru altii care a dori sa faca precum acesta. cu alte cuvinte este o descurajare a unor astfel de activitati. se aseamana oarecum, evident la o alta scara, cu pedeapsa aplicata in tarile musulmane hotilor: taierea miinilor pentru a desuraja eventualii amatori.

din pacate la noi, in romania, nu o sa vedem asemenea sentinte in cazurile celebre gen safi, caritas, fni, gerals, filadelfia, bir, bancorex, columna, banca agricola, etc. de ce ? simplu: pentru ca vinovatii sint blindati de "boli", doctori care imediat sar sa inventeze nu stiu ce afectiune care nu poate fi tratata in inchisoare, acoperiti de politicieni, procurori, judecatori, avocati, de lege in final. iar legea are destule "portite" abil exploatate si invocate de avocati in asa fel incit clientul lor sa poata scapa basma curata.

Oricum, omu' cica n-a investit nimic timp de 30 de ani. Lua banii de la banci si era bine asa, le dadea mielu' inapoi dupa o schema cunoscuta lui.

Vedeti? D-aia a infiintat statul pensiile private ! Sa te tii veselie cind primul roman cinstit o sa-si ceara pensia, peste 30 de ani! Sa vezi pedepse de 150 saptamini inchisoare la domiciliu ! Va dati seama? Sa incasezi contributii si sa nu te intrebe absolut nimeni ce-ai facut cu ele timp de 30 de ani (35 de ani=virsta maxima de cotizare, 65 de ani=virsta de pensionare, termen de trai nineaca pe banii babachii=30 de ani)? Pai aia care dau iama acum in banii de pensii vor fi morti de mult, la vremea aia. Nici n-o sa mai aiba pe cine mima ca trag la raspundere. O fi ea justitia oarba, dar zdreanta aia pe care-o are pe ochi e veche, s-a mai destramat, ea vede , de fapt, numai dinspre noi, dispre justitiabili, pare ca si cum ar fi chioara si impartiala.

D-aia i-au dat 150 de ani, face impresie, el o mierleste oricum la anul, dar nu poti sa iesi in fata cu o pedepsa de 1 an bulau pentru atitia bani.

Astia care ati aderat la ING sau Aliianz cu cei 2% din pensiile private, ia bagati o geana pe calculatorul de pensii de la ei de pe site sa vedeti cam cit va da fondul privat la pensionare. A iesit scandal mare, c-a facut un nene exercitiul asta si s-a dus pus pe scandal, ca ce plua lui face el c-o pensie de 1 (un) euro pe luna?
