De la inceput aveam mai multe variante:

1. Vreo tara bananiera din America Latina, dar masinile, numere de inmatriculare si clima (oarecum) nu se potrivea, prin masini fiind "local drug-lords"

2. Vreo tara bananiera din Africa (nu se potrivea clima deloc si vegetatia) cu dictatorul local

3. Vreo tara din fostul bloc sovietic.

Numai in categoriile acestea de tari poate exista asa ceva, in care coloana oficiala contine masini care au costat cat venitul a 10000 de cetateni/an.

Astea sunt tari in care tot poporul munceste pentru stat . Si statul e controlat 100 % de presedinte si apropiatii lui. Restul sunt carne de tun.
