Se tot strica electromotorul, il duc sa ii schimbe carbunii, il montez la loc si dupa 2-3 chei se strica iar. Care poate fi cauza?

parerea mea: cu un multimetru digital, verifica tu sau roaga pe cineva la bornele eloctromotorului sa verfice daca este vreun scurt...cred ca alta cauza nu poate fi...

Explica ca lumea ce anume se strica la ei, ca sa stie lumea ce sa iti zica. Cauze pot fi multiple:
- colectori terminati (erodeaza tare periile)
- arcurile care apasa pe perii rupte, indoite, adica pe scurt nu mai apasa ca lumea
- scurt -> curent prea mare prin ei

So.. colectorul cum arata? L-a vazut un specialist? Macar arunca o poza aici sa vedem si poate te putem ajuta.

Astept anumite indicii la cum arata. Am dat probleme posibile. Am dat cateva variante...ce nu e bine? Am dat minim 3, poti tu ghici care e cea adevarata?

De asemenea posibil: Rotor (sau stator) defect -> scînteiere excesiva, eventual in combinatie cu altele descrise mai sus.

Nu ma pricep deloc la electromotoare. Mesterul la care il fac ii schimba carbunii, mi-l probeaza la baterie si merge. Nu cumva ar trebui desfacut si demarorul sa se uite in el?

Poate ar trbui sa schimbi "mesterul".daca zici ca doar schimba carbunii(asa am inteles din ce ai zis) si nu-i face o revizie generala, cu verificarea componentelor,masurarea ,sa vada daca are scurt undeva sau alte deficiente.
Sfatul meu este sa te duci la altul.
Eu am patit mai de mult asa ceva,era rotorul in scurt circuit.
Trebuie verificat in totalitate.
