Am observat ca in reclama care pare la TV pentru apa minerala si plata Dorna (Izvorul Alb, etc), cintecul din reclama spune:

Mazel tov, mazal tov, maia!
Mazel tov, mazal tov, maia!
Maiaiaiaiaia!!!!

Mazel tov stiu ce inseamna in Yiddish (limba evreiasca) - inseamna ceva de genul "Felicitari! A dat norocul peste tine" - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mazal_tov

Intrebarea mea este: Ce inseamna "MAIA"??
Sint curios!

Maia appears in both Greek and Roman mythologies.
It might come from the Old Greek word for mother or nurse. The root 'ma' means motherhood.
Her name could also derived from the root mai- "great", seen also in Latin maior "larger".

In Greek mythology, she was the eldest of the Pleiades, the most beautiful and shyest. She is also the goddess of fields. In a cave of Cyllene, Maia became by Zeus the mother of the god Hermes.

In Roman mythology Maia was identified with Maia Maiestas (also called Fauna, Bona Dea, and Ops), a goddess who may be equivalent to the goddess of spring.
Maia is associated to Vulcan as his wife. The goddess was accessible only to women; men were excluded from her precincts.
The month of May was named for her.

Vazut acum, mersi. De unde pana unde si blecaipizii astia au preluat cuvinte din vocabularul ebraic nu inteleg. Sau a devenit mazel tov asta un fel de "cool" sau "coca-cola".

Apropo de ovrei... M-am cracanat de ras cand Inglorieus basterds s-a terminat cu... asasinarea lu hitler. Creca s-au razbunat! la fel ca pe parcul ala de l-au betonat in bucuresti si a iesit frumusete de tzeapa, pardon tzeapa cu cartofu era la parlament, asta e o columna.
