Marty: Am observat si eu ca astia de la Meda au produse f bune. Eu de la ei cumpar un cotlet haiducesc care e f bun. La fel cum era si Matache cand abia au iesit pe piata. Incet incet am impresia insa ca o sa le schimbe

nu pot sa sufar mezelurile din comert, compozitia nu e normala, si mai ales e chiar daunatoare. Eu cumpar doar mezeluri de casa, face un nene in curte si are un fel de magazin pentru cunoscuti, numai retete naturale, carnati, virsli, toba, fara nici un fel de E, acolo le si afuma, exact cum sunt alea de la tara, sigur multi ati mancat la un moment dat carnati de casa.

De fapt nici macar nu le cumperi, le primesti sub forma de donatie. Cind te duci acasa si deschizi frigiderul, e plin de mezel!

ma au astia in zona hateg, deva hunedoara... niste preparate de vorbesti singur....

eu primesc in fiecare an de la un amic..toba, carnati, slana, varsi, carne.... sunt delicatesele de la masa de craciun si paste....

Prima masa e de obicei la 3-4 ore dupa ce ma trezesc, deci nu o prea pot numi mic dejun. De obicei un sandwich mic (branza topita, salam Palaciego, cascaval si castravete murat) si un iaurt. Vara cand mi-e pofta, slanina cu usturoi, ridichi, rosii si telemea happy.gif

Dimineata am halit vre-o 3-4 sarmalutze in foi de vitza, facute cu carne de pui, si 3 papanasi cu putina smantana si gem de visine.

Toate facute "in house".

Altceva nu pot manca sad.gif nici salamul de Sibiu nu mai e cum era inainte. Si in rest, toate sortimentele de sunca, muschi sau pastrama au prea multa apa sad.gif
