Hai ca am un pic de timp acum. Plus ca aventura continua.
In sfarsit am reusit sa aduc 2 masini de pamant si sa indrept terenul, care era cam in panta, coborand in diagonala spre vecinu' din spate.

Acu' incepe circu'. Asta a inceput sa faca pe nebunu' si ma tot ameninta ca ma da in judecata pe motiv ca am inaltat curtea si toata apa de ploaie se va scurge la el.
Intre noi nu e decat un gard de plasa, ca atunci cand ne-am inteles sa facem gard de beton a incercat sa ne dea o teapa la ceilalti 3 (cu 2 a reusit, nu le-a dat nici un franc pana-n ziua de azi, cu toate ca gardul s-a facut pe lungimea lor).

I-am recomandat sa puna mana pe o carte de fizica si sa invete despre gravitatie, ba chiar i-am zis ca ar trebui sa-mi multumeasca pentru eliminarea pantei, dar am avut un vag sentiment ca s-a suparat chiar mai tare...

In conditiile in care m-am mentinut STRICT in limitele proprietatii mele, are vreo sansa de castig sau vreun motiv rezonabil de scandal? Nu ca m-ar impresiona prea tare, dar am o perioada prea aglomerata ca sa ma mai plimb si prin sali de judecata...

E ca la fotbal, cistiga ala care-si doreste mai mult. Personal, daca mi-as putea pemite, m-as risca sa-i dau meditatii la intelepciune. Nu stiu daca Codul Civil reglementeaza cine sa aibe curtea mai inalta sau mai rotunda. La vara te va da in judecata ca umbra gratarului tau cade un curtea lui si i-ai exportat costreiul. Descurajeaza-l din timp.
La judecata se plimba avocatul, tu mergi doar la banca, din cind in cind.
