e ai vazut ai gasit defectu , eu te sfatuiesc sa ii pui un cablu cu sectiunea sirmei mai groasa de 2-3 ori , nu trebuie neaparat izolata

deocamdata am taiat firul, l-am dezizolat, l-am incolacit bine si am strans piulita peste, incarcarea sta pe verde si la relanti, dar nu am aprins nimic, am tinut motorul pana in 2000 rpm vreo 2 minute, si m-am plictisit biggrin.gif
merg mai pe seara si fac proba cu farurile wink.gif

am facut testul si merg bine, am niste faruri de nu le mai recunosc, dar a tinut tata neaparat sa o porneasca el si a inecat-o... a tinut-o pornita pana a ramas fara benzina LolLolLo.gif

Dupa 3 ani, resuscitez topicul asta, ca vad ca am povestit aici prin ce a trecut masina biggrin.gif
Acum masina e doar pe mana mea, lucrez de ceva timp la tabla, dar printre picaturi ma mai ocup si de motor.
Am pus releu electronic, tensiunea e ok, insa am impresia ca alternatorul nu e tocmai ok.
Daca pornesc motorul fara incarcare merge mult mai frumos, cand functioneaza incarcarea influenteaza mersul motorului si becurile o iau razna, scade/creste luminozitatea dupa cum lucreaza alternatorul, mult prea vizibil, fata de 1310-le pe care il am.
Cand incarca pana la 18v la fel facea, insa credeam ca e din cauza tensiunii exagerate. Acum nu depaseste 14.6 fara consumatori, nu stiu ce poate avea...

ai contact prost la contacul de cheie! Masoara caderea de tensiune intre borna+ a bateriei si +ul releului de incarcare.

Citeste mai bine a zis ca ii incarca 14.6. Tu nu stii tensiunea normala de incarcare.

Nu prea cred daca ii incarca 14.6 e foarte bine.

si acum cu 2v in plus crezi ca se strica ceva, e chiar bine pentru ca la relantiu nu incarca 14v..

E plin de experti..i-auzi, 2V in plus nu strica..pai nu pui si 2 litri de ulei in plus in motor? ca nu strica.. ce e mult e bine, nu ?

bine ca nu trage cei 2V cu furtunu sa ajunga la 14........


deci , 14,6 este cam mult , maxim 14,4 recomandat 14

cum a zis pcostica maspara intre + baterie si + releu , intre minus baterie si carcasa alternator , ar trebui sa ai maxim 0,2V daca nu remediaza , verifica absolut tot traseul de la baterie la alternator , bloc lumini , contact releu , vezi aici niste explicatii

daca acea cadere este ok atunci incearca cu alt releu

pune si tensiunile masurate pe excitatie , firul verde (DF) cu consumatori si fara , la relanti si la 2500 ture
