as fi curios sa participi si eu la o serie din asta migaloasa. mai dau si o mana de ajutor pe deasupra.
ma gandesc ca daca ati stabilit amplasamentul e doar munca de rutina cu lipirea.
partea cu electrica (rezistente, alimentare etc) vad ca e stabilita.

In sfarsit "Brabusul" deghizat a primit o revizie corespunzatoare
-Ulei+filtru
-Pompa de apa ( cu toata ca nu era foarte uzata.Rezista lejer pana la cea de 120 de mii)
-Schimbat antigel
-Schimbat curea distributie si rola intinzatoare ( rola era chiar foarte uzata si cureaua foarte slaba )
Toate acestea au fost facute personal de mine .

La un control amanuntit ...poc o dilema.Am gasit burduful de la planetara dreapta rupt/spart (partea de la roata).Sper sa gasesc doar burduful original ( stie cineva ceva si ma poate ajuta ?? )

Dupa toata munca am reusit sa-i montez si inelele de prestige si inca un mic artificiu antigreieri sau posibili greieri la bord.

Gasesti kit complet pentru burduf (burduful de cauciuc, coliere si un plic cu vaselina) pe la aprox 30-40 de lei. Montajul este cam 100-150 de lei in functie de service.

Simplu..am desfacut partea de sus a piesei care vine peste ceasuri si am bagat bucati de burete , apoi le-am lipit cu silicon.
Cele doua piese se miscau una peste cealalta si impreuna cu toata turma de greieri , dadeau un concert pe cinste,In vara sper sa-mi antifonez si eu masina in interior , caci se pare ca rezultatul este pe masura smile.gif

Am folosit masurarea "la mana".
Sincer m-am saturat de toti mecanici care te jepcaresc de bani.

Nu este prima facuta si nu s-a rupt/sarit de la punct , etc, nici o curea pana acum.

Am reusit sa schimb si burduful de planetara .
Chin cu acele coliere wacko.gif

Probabil s-a spart din cauza ca am cam lasat masina noapte pe frig cu rotile virate si burduful este cam tare fiind facut dintr-un plastic mai special ( banuiesc ).

Sambata pe la ora 12 ( azi ) sper sa ma apuc de ele si sa termin de pus toate ledurile.
A fost o mica problema in ce priveste cererea de leduri si m-a intarziat .

In acest week-end am reusit sa-mi echipez jantele , sa le echilibrez si s-au intors la hibernat pana la sfarsitul lui februarie

Stopurile le-am terminat in proportie de 90% , va urma fixare placilor in stopuri si trimiterea stopurilor la Baia Mare pentru lipire si mici retusuri

Deja vad numai fludor,letcon etc etc .

foarte misto arata. Incearca sa dai un polish pe stopuri, sunt cam mate, ulterior pune si o folie transparenta de protectie peste.

Burduful e din cauciuc.
La directia asistata hidraulic e o regula, nu se lasa rotile virate, scrie undeva in manual. Cica se beleste caseta. Burduful a pocnit de batranete si de material prost. Probabil ca in curand te lasa si celalalt.

@cdadan Masina e din 2007..nu cred ca este batrana.Burdufurile originale nu mai sunt din cauciuc cum erau la vechile 1300-1310.Sunt facute dintr-un plastic mai special,am citit pe burduf inscris PEEE..Este indicativul pentru un anumit tip de polietilena smile.gif
