Tatal meu a castigat un teren prin Buc in urma unui proces. SI vrea sa afle detalii despre dosar, si una de la tribunal ia zis la telefon ca gaseste pe Internet, ca nu poate sai zica la telefon mad.gif .

Intrebare acum :

Dosarul asta s-a judecat la inalta curte de casatie dosar civil nr .... din date ...
in sedinta civila nr ..... Pot afla detalii pe net despre un dosar de tipul asta si unde?

Asta e culmea..nu poate sa zica pesoanei respective la telefon dar poate fi informatia afisata in mod public.
Sa se intereseze again la alta persoana preferabil...

Cred ca ii era lene sa caute. Practica tatl meu s-a judecat cu primaria si a castigat mereu, primaria facand recurs de fiecare data. La inalta curte de casatie a castigat deci iar. Acum intrebarea lui este: unde este dosarul in momentul asta, ce se intampla cu el? Se mai intoarce la tribunal sau faze din astea?
