Rampa ramane sa astupe gaurile unde vin injectoarele, ca are gauri in chiuloasa daca nu ma insel...

Florin, vin si eu cu o parere, care am studiato si eu si Muttley, pompa de benzina, HUCO nu se monteaza asa, daca te uiti unde are stiutule, are o inscriptie care zice UP... ea teoretic trebie sa stea orizontal, nu in picioare cum ai puso tu...

Am vazut si pe un forum din Anglia un set-up de 2 orizontale cu o pompa ca anoastra si a tinut sa sublinieze ca pompa trebuie sa stea orizontal nu vertical... din pacate nu a zis daca se strica daca sta vertical...

Uite cum o am eu pusa smile.gif

Bafta, deabea astept sa o vad pornita

Intradevar pe pompa scrie ceva de UP dar chestia ce tu ai ziso nu am stiut-o.Iar motorul l-am pornit joia trecuta dar imi pierde benzina pe la membrana de la o pompa de sprit,urmeaza sa imi vina un kit de de reparatie pentru ambele carburi.Oricum la motor mai am de tras niste furtune pentru apa si sa fac galeria de evacuare.

Ca tot am pus intrebarea cu rampa de culbutori. Nu ai de gand, pe viitor sa-i faci niste dopuri (pentru ca stiu ca lucrezi in domeniu)?

Spune-mi, la suspensie, ai vreo modificare (inafara de niste arcuri scurtate, banuiesc)?

Edit: Panoul ala de "comanda" de pe consola centrala, il folosesti ca atare sau e acolo doar de forma? E cumparat de-a gata (facut de vreo firma dedicata, daca da, care este aceasta) sau e facut de tine? Daca asa e luat, cat a facut?

Rampa de injectoare o las asa.La suspensie si mai exact pe fata am taiat din filetul de la T-ul amortizor si o spira de la arcul fata si la spate o spira jumate,amortizoarele fiind standard pentru moment."Panoul de comanda" este luat de-a gata sa zic asa care este complet functional,comandat de pe ebay.uk iar pretul a fost undeva la 100-130 lei.

Inca mai astept galeria de evacuare de la sudat iar atunci am sa-i schimb si pozitia la pompa de alimentare.Prima pornire a fost dar oricum am sa-i fac si un filmulet...si pornire si mers in relanti si ceva ture biggrin.gif biggrin.gif ,numai bine.

Merci Ionut pentru filmari si poze,mai adaug si eu cateva de la mine.Oricum nu-i finalizata lucrarea...mai trebuiesc reglate carburatoarele si sa invelesc galeria de evacuare cu banda termoizolanta si nu in ultimul rand sa schimb pozitia pompei de alimentare biggrin.gif .

Multumesc,nu am mai postat demult pe topic deoarece mi-a cam scos par alb carburatoarele.La accelerare usoara avea o mica ezitare si dupa lungi chinuri cu reglaje si alte minuni am decis sa-l trec pe injectie,atasez niste poze cu faza finala pe carburatie si unele cu instalatia electrica de injectie.

Asa-i,acum merg cu o pompa de alimentare de Opel pentru motor de 1,6.De mers merge,diferenta este enorma.Injectoarele sunt de Vw de 1,8 ca cele de Renault erau blocate si nu am reusit sa le deblochez.

Florin, cu suspensia cum stai? Stiu ca ai bara anti-ruliu de Diesel pe fata si doua pe spate. Altceva? Arcuri, amortizoare...? Nu cumva ar fi necesara o pompa de benzina mai maricica, sau da asta destul debit si presiune?

Din arcuri taiate fata-spate si amortizoare noi proaspat montate.Pompa de alimenare este buna are debit si presiune,oricum mai am una de BMW de 2,5 externa dar pe aia o tin in caz de orice evntualitate.Conductele de alimentare sunt trase prin habitaclu si sunt din Cu de 8 mm diametru.
