De obicei, pentru a usura masina de curse, farurile sunt scoase si ceea ce vezi tu colantat este doar o bucata de plastic. Si ca sa nu se vada ca masina are "ochii scosi", se lipeste colantul. Cursele se tin ziua iar cu asemenea masini nu se merge noaptea pe drumuri publice, asa ca nu au nevoie de faruri. In cazul cand se tin probe speciale noaptea, se monteaza niste proiectoare imense, care sunt mult mai eficiente decat farurile originale. Asa ca au toate motivele sa renunte farurile originale.
