Eu mi-am făcut așa ceva, din resturile de osb rămase prin curte.

A facut rost vecinu de un butoi de ulei de la el de la service. Altfel aveam si eu in plan sa fac ceva din osb.

Și pe mine mă bătea gândul cu butoiul, dar bine că n-am găsit. Am făcut-o p-asta din osb și e compactă, fumul îl fac în interior, că afumătoarea are cam 150cm înâlțime.

Mi se pare burlanul ala cam scurt si palalaia cam mare unsure.gif . Cica nu e prea buna afumarea la cald. E mai rapida, dar...
Din ce stiu de la un amic din Maramures, afumarea dura mai mult, cu pauze in care carnea se zvanta la aer. La ei se face in podul casei scotand o caramida din horn.

@ Dragos..nu faci publica reteta la carnatii aia? smile.gif
