Vand teren intravilan in Sabareni, 450mp suprafata utila si 167mp cota parte din drumul de servitute. Are PUZ pentru constructie P+2+M. S-au depus documentele pentru bransarea la energie electica. Accesul catre teren se face din soseaua principala asfaltata, drumul de acces fiind pietruit.

Zona este superba, la 200-300m fiind padurea Gulia. Pe strada sunt numai vile si case de vacanta.

Fata de Chitila este la 12km, iar fata de Gara de Nord este la 20km (maxim 30 min).

Pretul este de 8499E fix.

Am atasat cateva planse, cu mentiunea ca in prezent sunt mai multe case construite. Cred ca imaginea era mai veche.

up...pretul este discutabil !!!! zona este foarte linistita....aerul este curat....padurea este foarte aproape....ideal pentru o casa de vacanta!

Postarea ta este ironica sau vorbesti serios?

Zona este frumoasa, nu stiu daca o cunosti. Poti face o plimbare pana acolo ca sa te convingi. Am precizat la cati km este fata de Gara de Nord si Chitila.

In caz ca te intereseaza te astept pentru o vizionare. In caz contrar te rog sa nu poluezi topicul.
